The Sportsman Channel is about to kick off a new show, and it is probably one of the best examples of taking advantage of your niche audience that you’re going to see. Camp Stew purports to showcase, “the best of the worst of the great outdoors,” and is apparently something like America’s Funniest Home Videos for all things outdoors and/or hunting.

According to the show, you’ll see footage involving “Girls and Guns,” “Backyard Rambos,” “Wild Hunts and Cold Outdoors,” “Outdoor Pranks,” “Unreal Shots,” and much more.
Given current trends in television, and, as I said, capitalizing on an audience, I’d be amazed if this didn’t instantly become the best performing show on the network. I’m not sure...
