Lee Ann grew up in the sunny South Florida where she lived with her fun
and loving family. Growing up the youngest of two sisters, Jacklyn
Shires and Joani Junkala, their family was very close. Parents, Keith
and Joanne Harvey, were very supportive in Lee Ann's dream of
film-making. Her grandfather, a published book author and script
writer, David Crowley, was especially supportive of her creative side.
Her aunt, April Ruane Crowley, helped get her
started at the young age of 15 with small production assistant gigs.
While working a full time day job, April brought her on as a day player
camera assistant on
Marley & Me (2008) introducing her to
the world of feature films. Soon after that, Lee Ann had her breakthrough on
The Glades (2010). Since then, Lee
Ann has worked on many various films and projects exploring through
every division and aspect of film-making. Lee Ann now lives in Los
Angeles, California and Fort Lauderdale, Florida making the commute
with her work.
In December of 2016, Lee Ann gave birth to her first child, Antonio Alvarez.
