- She has dual Spanish (Spain) and U.S. citizenship.
- Destiny plays interesting tricks on us! I'm from Almeria in southern Spain, where Sergio Leone and Clint Easwood made spaghetti westerns like The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. It's all about Santa Fe, New Mexico, which is where I now live. When I was a kid I used to watch spaghetti westerns all the time with my grandfathers, Geronimo and Santiago. Who would have thought I'd end up living in the American west?!
- Life is an adventure where anything can happen but if we have the courage to believe in ourselves and others, we can create our own destiny. We can make it happen!
- One thing I particularly like about such classic movies as John Ford's Stagecoach is the interplay between courage and vulnerability, innocence and guilt. If you think about it, it's a happy ending of their own making.
- I love the character Dallas played by Claire Trevor in John Ford's Stagecoach. She exudes nobility and strength of character. Ford gives us the image of a strong woman who is not afraid of life or her feelings. This type of character led movie makers in many new directions, to films like Thelma and Louise which is one of my favorites.
