Jasmine Hetherington-Wilkes is film Director with a passion for exploring creative ways to evolve the documentary genre and this can be seen throughout her body of work. A graduate of the Film Production course at The Arts Institue Bournemouth, Jasmine went on to win multiple film awards worldwide including 'Best Documentary' in the Brighton Student Film Festival and 'Best Lighting' in New York's Sen3Film Festival.
After graduating in 2010, Jasmine gained representation with Agile Films and won a distribution deal with Morgan Spurlocks Company in North America for her short biographical film 'My Home Town'. For a brief time, Jasmine started and ran a successful London based production company where she worked for large clients including Coca-Cola, Nespresso and The University Of London. It was here she won a Princes Trust 'Enterprise Award' and 'Best Creative Brand' in the British Young Business Awards 2013. She was also nominated for 'Most Captivating Entrepreneur' in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. More recently, Jasmine is in post production of her short film on the European refugee crisis, which was screened in 2016 at the prestigious Barbican Centre.
