Veteran news executive and producer Mary Noonan has joined UTA. She will serve as an agent in the News & Broadcasting division based in UTA’s New York office and will report to Partner and News & Broadcasting Head Peter Goldberg.
Noonan was most recently VP of Talent Strategy and Development for ABC News where, during her nine-year tenure, she recruited and hired on and off-air talent, including dozens of correspondents, anchors, and contributors.

UTA is beefing up its TV news representation business, hiring former ABC News VP of talent development Mary Noonan as an agent. Noonan will report to UTA Partner and news & broadcasting head Peter Goldberg.
Noonan led ABC News’ talent department for 9 years, recruiting and hiring dozens of anchors, correspondents, and other on and off-air talent. She left earlier this year in The Walt Disney Co.’s larger corporate restructuring.
