Oppenheimer, Maestro, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and Society of the Snow were the big film winners at the Motion Picture Sound Editors‘ 71st Golden Reel Awards, which were handed out Sunday night at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles. See the full list below.

Mumbai, Jan 1 (Ians) ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ (Kkhh) actress Sana Saeed recently got engaged to her boyfriend Csaba Wagner in Los Angeles. She is remembered for playing Anjali, Shah Rukh Khan’s on-screen daughter in the film.
Sana took to her Instagram handle to share a reel in which her boyfriend Csaba went down on his knees to propose to her with a ring in his hand. In the video, Sana locked lips with him and intimately hugged him.
Csaba is a sound designer who works in Los Angeles. She captioned the post with a heart emoji.
At once, she elicited comments from her Kkhh fellow child actor Parzaan Dastur, Tanuj Virwani, the actor (‘Inside Edge’) and son of yesteryear’s star, Rati Agnihotri, choreographer and ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ Season 12 winner Tushar Kalia, and dancer-actress Mukti Mohan.

The Motion Picture Sound Editors unveiled winners Sunday night at the 67th Golden Reel Awards at the Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. The annual ceremony recognizing outstanding achievement in sound editing presented awards in 23 categories encompassing feature films, long-form and short-form television, animation, documentaries, games, special venue and other media.
1917 nabbed the trophy for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing – Feature Motion Picture – Dialogue/Adr. Other feature winners included Jojo Rabbit, Rocketman and Ford v Ferrari. Parasite added another accolade to its mantel with the trophy for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing – Foreign Language Feature.

Hollywood’s sound pros nominated Birdman and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes for three awards apiece as the Motion Picture Sound Editors unveiled nods for its 62nd Mpse Golden Reel Awards, honoring the best feature film, television, animation and computer entertainment work of the year.
“2014 was a fantastic year for sound,” said Mpse president Frank Morrone. “The advent of new distribution channels, streaming services and gaming platforms is creating additional opportunities for sound artists to practice their craft beyond the traditional venues of film and television.
