L.A. Clippers star Glen Davis took the whole "Big Baby" thing to another level yesterday ... leading "nap time" with a bunch of young kids ... and sucked his own thumb to gain acceptance from the group. It was actually a pretty cool thing ... Davis hit up the Gramercy Family Center in Los Angeles to read his children's book, "Basketball with Big Baby" ... and the kids Loved it. But the funniest part was nap time (sidenote: how awesome was nap time?...

Robin Thicke is either sending mixed messages to estranged wife Paula Patton or he's thrown in the towel on the marriage, because he was out clubbing late Monday night.Robin was at Dba in Hollywood ... a Hollywood cabaret dance club and interactive gallery space -- don't ask, because we don't get it either. He was celebrating his 37th birthday party with Leonardo DiCaprio. Thicke left alone, at around 1 Am, accompanied by a driver and bodyguard.

In its debut last year at the Kirk Douglas Theater in Los Angeles, Rajiv Joseph's play "Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo" caught the attention of the local critics and theatergoers for its tremendous depth and heart. It is a play Back Stage called "a monumental work that muses on cruelty and nature, language and creativity, religion and remorse." The Pulitzer Prize committee likewise valued it, naming it a finalist for the 2010 drama prize. Uniquely unsuited to a one-sentence description, the play is less about plot, more about ideas—explicated by a tiger, American soldiers, an Iraqi interpreter, the deceased sons of Saddam Hussein, and a variety of Iraqi women, undervalued and treasured. But the play would have remained words on a sheaf of papers had not Moisés Kaufman—a playwright and founder of Tectonic Theater Project in addition to being a world-class director—taken up its direction.
