Hogan Unscathed In Car Crash

Linda Hogan escaped unhurt when she was involved in a car crash in Florida on Friday.
The estranged wife of wrestling star Hulk Hogan was driving her white Mercedes near her home in Clearwater when it was hit from behind by a Chevrolet Camaro.
Although the Camaro received extensive damage, neither Linda Hogan nor the other driver were injured in the crash, which happened around 3pm local time.
Clearwater Police spokeswoman Joelle Castelli says, "She was rear-ended, but it was just a fender-bender and there were no injuries reported."
The accident happened less than a quarter of a mile from where Hogan's son Nick infamously crashed in August 2007.

TMZ has learned Linda Hogan was involved in a fender bender in Clearwater, Fla. earlier this afternoon. It happened less than a quarter mile from where her son Nick infamously crashed in August 2007.
Cops on scene tell TMZ Linda's white Mercedes was rear-ended by a red Camaro. The Camaro suffered the majority of the damage -- Linda's car only suffered "minor" damage.
Her son-alike Bf Charlie Hill arrived on the scene shortly afterwards.
A witness on the scene tells us from their vantage point, Linda was not at fault.

Former wrestler Hulk Hogan has reportedly been accused of selling his trademarks to his best friend - to stop his wife benefiting from the profits in their ongoing divorce.
The pair has been embroiled in a bitter war of words since Linda Bollea filed for divorce from Hogan - real name Terry Bollea - last November after 23 years of marriage.
And now she has accused her former partner of trying to hide assets by passing them on to his pal Eric Bischoff for a discounted price, according to TMZ.com
Linda Bollea's lawyers have filed papers at Florida's Pinellas County Court arguing over the rights to the star's many associated brands including Hollywood Hulk, Hulkster, Hulkamania, as well as his product lines such as his own brand grill and energy drink.
But Hogan's attorney, David Houston, vehemently denies the claims, telling the website, "There has been no siphoning of money - if Linda has to ask again, we'll be more than happy to provide the same answer."

Hulk Hogan's son Nick is a "changed person" since his stint in jail, according to his mother Linda Bollea.
Nick Bollea was released early from prison on Tuesday having served 166 days of an eight month prison sentence.
He was serving time for his part in a car crash in August last year that left his best friend John Graziano with permanent brain injuries.
And his mother Linda is convinced that her son is a reformed character.
She tells E! online, "He's a changed person. He went into prison as a juvenile and you know he's experienced something that is gonna mould and change him for the rest of his life, for his adult life. He wants to make a positive difference in this world."
Nick was greeted with a "Welcome Home" sign and yellow balloons outside his house and Linda admits: "I cried when I hugged him."
She adds, "He's had six months in jail and he's just gotta try to regroup and remould his life... In the future I think his actions will speak louder than words.
"I think when people just watch, (they'll see) he's a changed person. (He's changed) For the better. You know he really just wants to try to be serious and make a difference, wants to look into colleges and just be a kid..

Hulk Hogan's estranged wife Linda Bollea has been fined for speeding in Florida.
Bollea was stopped by cops on Friday (3Oct08) racing to visit her son Nick at Pinellas County Jail.
According to TMZ.com, she was driving over 71 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone, and was fined $206 (GBP111).
Nick Hogan is currently serving an eight month prison sentence for his part in a car crash that left his best friend John Graziano with brain injuries.

A judge has ruled Hulk Hogan no longer has to give his estranged wife $4.2 million (GBP2.1 million) to buy an apartment in Las Vegas.
The pair has been embroiled in a bitter war of words since Linda Bollea filed for divorce from Hogan - real name Terry Bollea - last November after 23 years of marriage.
At a hearing in April, Hogan was ordered to hand over the cash to Linda to finalise the buy, which they had been in the process of purchasing when he was hit with divorce papers.
But on Thursday, a Florida judge ruled Bollea was no longer bound to the sale.
Hogan's attorney, David Houston tells E! News, "We are thrilled that the judge did not require us to continue to engage in the folly of purchasing a $4.2 million condo at a time when we should be considering other matters."
Houston claims Hogan was also given the right to reside in a beach house which had previously been the sole reserve of Linda.
A deal was also made, Houston said, "to substantially reduce Hulk's required monthly payments to Linda."
He adds, "We believe the court injected a dose of reality into a contested litigation and feel that we have started down the road to resolution."
Linda Bollea's attorneys have yet to comment on the ruling.

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke has issued a public apology after accusing her father of abusing her mum.
The pop star admits the allegations she made against her dad were false.
She says, "I did it under significant pressure from my mother.
"It was only after I learned all the facts that I realised I made a big mistake in signing it."
The Hogans split last year and the 20 year old sided with her mother, Linda Bollea, in a messy divorce battle between the former couple.
She reportedly signed a legal affidavit accusing her father, real name Terry Bollea, of verbally and physically abusing her mother during their marriage.
But the singer has since fallen out with her mum after learning Linda was dating a teenager, who was a year below her in high school, and now she's offering a statement to apologise for vilifying her dad.
Brooke admits to signing the affidavit, but immediately regretted her decision and asked for it not to be filed in court.
Her rep says, "The months-old document was signed by Brooke at a time when she was upset with her father."
Brooke, who now lives with her father, adds, "Using kids as pawns in a divorce is awful. Every day my mother resorts to this kind of behaviour makes it that much harder for us to ever have a relationship again."

Hulk Hogan's estranged wife Linda Bollea has filed an emergency court motion asking a Florida judge to throw the wrestling legend in jail - for failing to pay her the agreed $4.2 million (GBP2.1 million) to buy an apartment in Las Vegas.
The pair has been embroiled in a bitter war of words since Linda filed for divorce from Hogan - real name Terry Bollea - last November after 23 years of marriage.
At a hearing in April, Hogan was ordered to hand over the cash to Linda to finalise the buy, which they had been in the process of purchasing when he was hit with divorce papers.
The judge ruled Hogan must pay to complete the deal, after which the condominium would be considered a shared asset. The division of assets is to be decided at a later date.
However, according to legal documents filed on 2 June and obtained by website TMZ.com, Linda claims Hogan is in contempt of court because he has still not paid for the pad.
And she wants him locked up - in the same jail where their 17-year-old son Nick is currently serving his eight-month sentence for felony reckless driving charges.
In the papers, Linda's attorneys urge the court to: "Find the Husband (Hogan) in willful civil contempt of Court for his failure to comply with the terms of the Court's Order Approving Stipulation as to Las Vegas Condominium Contract and for Related Matters."
They also call for the judge to: "Incarcerate the Husband in the Pinellas County Jail until he performs all necessary acts required by the existing Court Order, including providing the necessary funds to the Closing Agent and obtaining title to the aforementioned real property in joint names of the Husband and the Wife (Linda)."

Hulk Hogan's estranged wife Linda Bollea has launched a scathing attack on the mother of the victim left critically injured in a car crash caused by her son Nick Bollea.
In a telephone conversation taped by Florida's Pinellas County Jail, where Bollea is behind bars serving an eight-month sentence for the crash, Linda claims she is suffering more than the mother of 23-year-old John Graziano, who has been hospitalised with brain injuries following the 2007 car crash in Clearwater, Florida.
On the tape, obtained by Tmz.com, Linda can be heard telling her son: "Debbie (Graziano) didn't know you. I knew John, I knew you. I knew him better than his own mother knew him.
"She has no other recourse other than to be nasty and vindictive now. Because if she really knew the relationship between you and John, she'd be sad right now. She wouldn't be mad, she'd be devastated like I am. (But) she's not sad, she's just angry, like 'I want the money.'"
Sobbing uncontrollably, she continues, "I'm sad because I really appreciated you! She's not suffering, I am! I have the loss. I'm at the beach house all by myself, it's not the same!"
Bollea, 17, has been given five years probation and had his driver's license suspended for three years after Florida officials deemed him a dangerous driver, following the August accident that left Graziano needing nursing care for the rest of his life.
