Cooper would play "Jeff, a man, desperate to cure his dying wife, Mary (Tyler), who gives her over to a strange doctor for an unconventional form of treatment. This cure ultimately turns her into a blood-craving killer."
I loved Cooper in Captain America, so it will be cool if he joins the cast. Pay The Ghost is set to be directed by Iliadis and The Demonologists over at Silver Pictures. The concept seems fairly unique. What are your thoughts?

His remake of The Last House On The Left may be upsetting people left, right and centre with its unflinching brutality and shocking rape scene, but director Dennis Iliadis showed enough chops on that movie to suggest that he’ll do well with the right material. And he isn’t wasting any time in trying to find that material. For he’s signed on to direct Cure, a horror thriller about a young wife who undergoes an experimental treatment to cure her of a terminal disease. The disease is cured… but is replaced with an infection far more terrifying.Intriguing… Beau Michael Thorne, who wrote Max Payne (but don’t hold that against him), penned the screenplay, while Michael London’s Groundswell Productions will oversee production. Brian Witten, Michael Connolly, Doug Davison and Roy Lee are all producing the movie, which could well turn out to be a neat little frightflick.
