There's a big divide between "Empire" star Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard ... he wants more of an authenticity boost but she doesn't want the N-word anywhere near their hit show. Yet all of the effort put forth by both sets of thieves into capturing the vehicles is for naught, as the big twist shows that the Patriots used the train as a diversion, with the actual mustard gas hovering above a meeting of the Texas and U.S. presidents.

Children are the key to the future, so it makes complete sense for the Patriots to get every teen in the land through their boot camps and brainwash them into fighting for the United States. It’s both a form of population control and a way to bolster the ranks.
Charlie and the Monroes are back in the Willoughby area with Charlie’s new gang in tow. While taking down the Patriots is a major goal, there are more pressing concerns. Namely, the Nevilles coming for Bass’s head and the threat of the boot camp and he soldiers it may produce. The bulk of the story focuses on the latter, with Bass and Miles ensnaring a couple of would-be teen trackers trying to hunt them down.

Production companies Permut Presentations and Reunion Pictures are uniting to bring the story of Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn’s decades-long romance to the big screen. That shared feeling flows through the movies they made together of course, including nine projects in 27 years. Permut Presentations and Reunion Pictures are developing the feature "Tracy and Hepburn" which would deal with the love affair between Hollywood icons Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy.
David Rambo is penning the script which would cover their meeting at MGM before making "Woman of the Year" in 1942 to Tracy's death in 1967, seventeen days after shooting wrapped on "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner."
Tracy was married throughout the affair, which was kept private with both maintaining separate residences. Hepburn didn't speak about the affair until the early 1980s.
David Permut, John Dayton and Lisa Richardson will produce with a director and actors currently being sought.

The bond between Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy was so strong that it became a lasting part of their legacy and careers. The pair starred in nine films together before Tracy died in 1967, and now their decades-long relationship will be getting the Hollywood treatment with a biopic of its own. The film will reportedly cover the stars' 27-year relationship, from when they first met on the MGM lot while making "Woman of the Year" (pictured above), to Tracy's death only days after wrapping his final scene in 1967's "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner." They made nine films together and, while never married, Hepburn and Tracy's love affair was an open secret in Hollywood. The project is being produced by Permut Presentations and Reunion Pictures, and is penned by TV scribe David Rambo ("CSI," "Revolution"). So, which actors would be best suited to play the iconic pair? Sadly, the late Philip Seymour Hoffman would have been a great candidate for Tracy. Who should play...

Revolution, Season 2, Episode 13: “Happy Endings”
Written by David Rambo & Trey Callaway
Directed by Ernest Dickerson
Airs Wednesdays at 8pm (Et) on NBC
After previous hints of a religious undertone to the creation of the nanites, the show goes full-bore into the topic this week. Aaron and Priscilla hit the next stop on their world tour of enlightenment, or whatever it is the nanites want them to do, and they meet up with old friend Peter. The trio worked together on the operating system that powers the tiny machines and the nanites hold all three in deep regard for bringing them to life. Where Aaron was confused by and dismissed the power he held as a master of the nanite, Peter has embraced it. Yet instead of understanding that he commands millions of tiny machines, he believes he is harnessing the power of God to conduct miracle healings.

Revolution, Season 2, Episode 10: “Three Amigos”
Written by David Rambo & Anne Cofell Saunders
Directed by Charles Beeson
Airs Wednesdays at 8pm (Et) on NBC
With a finger firmly poised on the reset button, “Three Amigos” rolls into town almost like it had never been away.
It keeps up the frequently relentless pace of the season to date. The core gang are shifted into fresh groupings and sent on their merry ways through various circumstances. Giancarlo Esposito gets to be a menacing badass. It has all the elements of a successful episode, and thankfully it doesn’t disappoint.
Miles, Monroe, and Rachel are on their merry way to Mexico in search of Monroe’s son. There are a couple of solid twists here. Just when you see the fence at the border and think “great, another immigration parable,” the rug’s pulled out from under you when you realise it’s...

Exclusive: CBS has put in development Alleged, a drama from CBS TV Studios and Jon Turteltaub‘s studio-based Junction Entertainment. Written by playwright/TV writer David Rambo and Pat Gilfillan, the project centers on a defense attorney who takes on the most important case of his life: defending his own brother, a successful surgeon and father of two who is accused of murdering his wife. The story is informed by high-profile spouse murder cases like those of Drew Peterson and Scott Peterson much like another CBS/CBS TV Studios drama, The Good Wife, was inspired by a string of politicians wives who’d stood by their philandering husbands. This marks the first project under an overall deal Wme-repped Junction recently inked with CBS Studios, returning to CBS after a two-year stint at ABC Studios. Turteltaub previously spent five years at CBS TV Studios, directing/executive producing the pilot for cult...

Revolution, Season 2, Episode 5: “One Riot, One Ranger”
Written by David Rambo and Ben Edlund
Directed by Frederick E. O. Toye
Airs Wednesdays at 8 pm (Et) on NBC
We’re right back on track after a horrid encounter last week. No overt threats of rape this time out, just a solid episode that sets the stage for the rest of the season.
It’s clear the Patriots are the bad guys this year. So much so that even Monroe is banding together with Miles et al to take out those who yearn for the return of the United States. These first few episodes have led to this point, getting the band back together and establishing the key threat to their lives. The relationship between Rachel and Charlie has never been more fractured (and, by extension, never more interesting), while the obvious tensions Monroe brings to the table should keep everyone on edge,...

Revolution, Season 2, Episode 3: “Love Story”
Written by David Rambo
Directed by Helen Shaver
Airs Wednesdays at 8 pm (Et) on NBC
Let’s get the main negative out of the way. Miles is a warrior. A tremendous one. Yet there is absolutely no chance he is good enough to fend off several opponents with his weak hand, all the while checking on a wounded Rachel every three seconds. Even in a show where Magic Science reigns supreme, it’s a dazzling ask of the audience to believe Miles is that good of a combatant. Elsewhere, the trope of using a captive loved one as a bargaining chip remains an easy crutch for the producers to squirm out of a tight plot point.
That said, this is a resolutely busy, fun outing. The tentacled plot strands are weaving together as we realize the true big bad of this season: the U.

Revolution, Season 1, Episode 19: “Children of Men”
Written by David Rambo and Jim Barnes
Directed by Frederick E. O. Toye
Airs Mondays at 10 pm (Et) on NBC
It’s clearer than ever that Revolution wants to be The Walking Dead. While it can match the apocalyptic AMC series on the maudlin interpersonal drama stakes, it will never be quite as pulpy or as gore-filled as the zombie show. It feels like NBC’s pushing the limits on what some may perceive an acceptable level of viscera for a network series, between the somewhat graphic mending of Rachel’s leg in “The Longest Day” and the blood splattering everywhere when someone is hit with the electromagnetic grenades this time around.
Speaking of which, that we’ve moved from swords, improvised guns, and arrows to electromagnetic grenade launchers and helicopters in under a season is telling of the show’s lack of interest in its central conceit.

Revolution, Season 1, Episode 15: “Home”
Written by David Rambo
Directed by Jon Cassar
Airs Mondays at 10 pm (Et) on NBC
At its heart, Revolution is a show about coping with loss. The loss of power. The loss of comrades. The loss of loved ones. “Home” deals most broadly with the latter across its two stories.
Aaron sees his wife for the first time since he abandoned her. She’s moved on and has a family. He still pines for her. The setup and execution is maudlin. It was painfully clear Aaron would attempt prove that he could, in fact, protect Priscilla. A heroic moment doesn’t really add more pathos to a character who seems irrelevant to the overarching plot.
There is also little reason for us to care about Emma, as admirably as Annie Wersching tries to flesh out the character. There’s been little groundwork laid for this...

Revolution, Season 1, Episode 12: “Ghosts”
Written by David Rambo and Melissa Glenn
Directed by Miguel Sapochnik
Airs Mondays at 10 pm (Et) on NBC
“Regroup, patch up, and back to business as usual.”
That line uttered by Commander Ramsey may as well be talking about the current status of the show rather than the rebels trying to cope with the loss of Danny. Danny’s death is driving the narrative just as his life did. The only difference is Miles and co. seek vengeance, not rescue.
Basic storytelling aside, Randall’s place in this Duracell-free world is now defined. In two brief scenes, we understand both his role in the blackout and his motivation for bringing the might of the U.S. Government’s thunderous power down on electricity. Really effective use of the flashback here.
Yet one Lost trope begets another as answers bring more questions. There are four significant...

"Revolution" returns to NBC on Monday, March 25 (10 p.m. Et) and when we last saw our scrappy band of rebels, they were staring down the barrel of a machine gun mounted on a freshly powered helicopter, a very persuasive symbol of the despotic Sebastian Monroe's (David Lyons) dominance.
The Huffington Post caught up with series creator Eric Kripke in January to find out what we can expect from the show's midseason premiere, how our heroes will react to the addition of Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) in the group, which "Supernatural" alums Kripke intends to draft into his new show and why what's to come will "make people cry."
What can you preview about the second half of the season?
I would say in the second half of the season, the revolution really begins. We really explain why the show's title is the show's title. I think it’s just bigger and better and badder.
