Exclusive: Lucifer co-showrunner Joe Henderson, creator of the comics Skyward and Shadecraft, is partnering up with Dstlry (pronounced distillery) to debut the slick action caper The Big Burn in July.
Henderson makes his third collaboration with artist Lee Garbett, known for his work at DC and Marvel on series such as Uncanny Spider-Man, Loki: Agent of Asgard and Lucifer, while Lee Loughridge (Somna) and Simon Bowland (The Sandman Universe: Nightmare Country), provide colors and lettering for the new comic respectively.
The official synopsis reads: “Owen and Carlie are the Bonnie and Clyde of the 21st century—a slick duo who pull off impossible heists and have the time of their lives doing it.
