Recent reports revealed that the actor, known for his work on films like Platoon and the hit sitcom Two and a Half Men, has been unable to resist visiting her page on the adult content website.

With Robert Downey Jr. finally winning an Oscar for Oppenheimer and co-starring in the acclaimed HBO miniseries The Sympathizer, Awfully Good Movies is looking back at Rdj’s first and failed attempt at a post-Marvel franchise in the failed family fantasy Dolittle!
Right after Tony Stark’s epic exit from the MCU, Downey hopped on to star in and co-produce alongside his wife Susan a new adaptation of Hugh Lofting’s children’s book series about the veterinarian who can talk all the languages of his animal patients, this time without any overlong musical numbers from Rex Harrison or silly mugging from Eddie Murphy. However, much like the 1998 version, Dolittle’s animals would be voiced by a huge array of talented actors, including Rdj’s former Avengers co-star Tom Holland and future Oppenheimer co-star Rami Malek, and the long-awaited teaming of Dame Emma Thompson and John Cena that we’ve...

Charlie Sheen isn’t the only “Two and a Half Men” star to reunite with exec producer Chuck Lorre on his new Max comedy “Bookie.” Also making a cameo in the “Bookie” series’ opener: Angus T. Jones, the “half man” from “Two and a Half Men,” now all grown up.
Sheen’s appearance on “Bookie” (which premiered Nov. 30 on Max) is rightfully getting all of the attention, given the newsworthiness of his reunion with Lorre, a decade after their explosive falling out.

But Jones’ appearance is also notable: The young actor wasn’t a regular cast member in the final two seasons of “Two and a Half Men,” and even at one point dismissed his contributions to the show, calling himself “a paid hypocrite.”
Like Sheen, Jones plays himself in the “Bookie” premiere.

It’s quite a reunion in today’s premiere of Chuck Lorre’s new Max comedy series Bookie.
The episode revisits the poker scene in Lorre’s Two and a Half Men pilot, which reunites Lorre’s Two and a Half Men alums Charlie Sheen and Angus T. Jones.
In the Bookie premiere, Danny, played by Sebastian Maniscalco, heads to Malibu to collect a debt from Sheen, whom he finds at a rehab facility. But Sheen isn’t a patient at the facility; he’s actually hosting a weekly poker game, and one of the players is “Half Man” Angus T. Jones, who played 8-year-old Jake Harper opposite Sheen on Two and a Half Men. The scene also includes the same poker buddies who attended Charlie Harper’s poker game in 2003.
Lorre spoke about the scene in an interview with Extra. “Charlie and I were discussing recreating that poker scene.

Chuck Lorre‘s new comedy series, Bookie, debuts on Max today, Thursday, November 30, and the first episode features an unexpected reunion between Two and a Half Men‘s Charlie Sheen and Angus T. Jones. Bookie, developed by Lorre and writer Nick Bakay, stars Sebastian Maniscalco as Danny, a Los Angeles sports betting bookie struggling to keep up with the changing times. In the series, Sheen plays a high-rolling version of himself. In the premiere, Danny heads to Malibu to collect a debt from Sheen, whom he finds at a rehab facility. However, Sheen isn’t a patient at the facility; he’s the host of a weekly poker game, and one of the players is none other than the “Half Man” himself, Angus T. The last time Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen were co-workers was early in 2011, when the producer-actor duo were in the middle of making the eighth season of the CBS smash hit comedy Two and a Half Men. Sheen’s addiction problems flared up again, landing him in the hospital, then in rehab, and then giving a series of incendiary interviews — notably one with Alex Jones where Sheen derisively called his boss “Chaim Levine” (Lorre’s birth name is Charles Levine). Sheen was eventually fired from the show, and his character,...

After a highly publicized feud, Chuck Lorre has ended his long-standing fight with Charlie Sheen.
The idea of a reunion with the Two and a Half Men star began when Lorre wanted a notable celebrity cameo for his new Max TV show, Bookie.
“It should be Charlie,” Lorre told Variety. “I remember Charlie was very much engaged in sports betting and he would tell me stories about it all the time. You know, when things were good.”
Lorre then met with Sheen for the first time in over a decade.
“I was nervous, but almost as soon as we started talking, I remembered, we were friends once. And that friendship just suddenly seemed to be there again,” Lorre said. “I don’t want to be too mawkish about it, but it was healing. And he was also totally game to make fun of himself. After starring in Two and a Half Men for eight seasons, Charlie Sheen had a very public falling out with series creator Chuck Lorre which led to the actor being fired from the series. We all know what happened next; Winning. Tiger Blood. Total bitchin’ rock star from Mars. So when it was announced that Charlie Sheen would be reuniting with Chuck Lorre for his new Max comedy series How to be a Bookie, people were more than a little shocked.
How to be a Bookie stars Sebastian Maniscalco as a Los Angeles sports betting bookie and the script included a role for a high-rolling celebrity gambler. Chuck Lorre told Variety that he just felt like Charlie Sheen would be perfect for the role. “It should be Charlie,” Lorre said. “I remember Charlie was very much engaged in in sports betting and he would tell me stories about it all the time.

As they were writing the pilot script for their new Max comedy series “Bookie,” co-creators Chuck Lorre and Nick Bakay thought it would be fun to add a real-life Hollywood star playing a version of themself as an inveterate gambler. The series stars stand-up comedian Sebastian Maniscalco as Los Angeles sports betting bookie, so it made sense that his character might run into a few high-roller celebrities during his travels.
In early drafts of that Lorre and Bakay script, the character was left as a “Tbd” — to be determined. But Lorre couldn’t shake an idea he had for who might be perfect for the role: “It should be Charlie,” he tells Variety. “I remember Charlie was very much engaged in in sports betting and he would tell me stories about it all the time. You know, when things were good.”

Good Omens has not yet been officially renewed for a third season, but things are looking good for the series to return for what would likely be a final round of episodes. Per Deadline, the contracts for the series' stars – Michael Sheen and David Tennant – have been picked up.
Starring Sheen, Tennant, Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton, Reece Shearsmith, Niamh Walsh, Derek Jacobi, Maggie Service, Quelin Sepulveda, and Shelley Conn, the supernatural series follows angel Aziraphale (Sheen) and demon Crowley (Tennant), representatives of Heaven and Hell on Earth. Based on Terry Pratchett's novel, season one saw the pair saving the world. Season two departed from the source material and focused on the pair's friendship.

It's hard to believe that Good Omens has been on the air since 2019, yet only two seasons have aired.
The buzzy Prime Video comedy most recently aired in July 2023, and now, there are questions about a potential Good Omens Season 3.
Below, we've rounded up everything there is to know.
Good Omens Season 3 Renewal Status
Despite last airing several months ago, Prime Video has yet to confirm whether there will be more adventures for Aziraphale and Crowley.
In October 2023, Deadline hinted that a renewal would soon be made official.
The outlet said that options on the cast, led by Michael Sheen and David Tennant, had been picked up.
That typically means that a show is in active negotiations about a pickup.

Neil Gaiman fantasy series Good Omens is looking good to land a Season 3 renewal by Amazon and the BBC, I hear. In anticipation of the order for what will likely be the show’s last chapter, the options on the series’ main cast, led by Michael Sheen and David Tennant, have been picked up, sources said.
Not returning for Season 3 is Douglas Mackinnon, who served as executive producer, director and co-showrunner on the first two seasons.
Mackinnon revealed his departure from Good Omens on Instagram. Answering an ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike-related challenge to film/TV professionals to post a photo of themselves on the job, he ran an image from the set of the Prime Video/BBC Two series.
While he did not identify the production, fans recognized the set and started a Good Omens discussion in the comments section to which Mackinnon responded, “I’m not involved with this show anymore.

The Prime Video series "Good Omens," based on the novel "Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch" by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, is a delightfully irreverent romp through the apocalypse. The demon Crowley (David Tennant) and angel Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) are the unlikeliest of friends, but they still manage to stop the apocalypse together despite their many differences. Sure, there was a mix-up with the infant antichrist that led to a much sillier apocalypse than expected, but everything turned out okay in the end, and now the angel-demon duo are coming back for another, all-new adventure.

Young Guns II made the west wilder, but Emilio Estevez is ready to get even wilder and wilder and wilder, saying he envisions the future of Young Guns possibly expanding into three more movies–once disputes over the rights and intellectual property are cleared.

While appearing on Tuesday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” actor Emilio Estevez revealed that when he was 14 years old, Laurence Fishburne saved him from drowning.
The incident happened in the Philippines, where Estevez had accompanied his father, Martin Sheen, for the filming of “Apocalypse Now.” Fishburne, who like Estevez was only 14 at the time, also appeared in the film; he had lied about his age to get the part of Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Tyrone “Mr. Clean” Miller.
“We’d only known each other a couple of days,” Estevez explained. “And this was in the Philippines. And he says, ‘Hey there’s this little boat. Let’s go out on it.’ I said, ‘Sure,’ and we were both 14 at the time. So we were out on this boat together, and we started getting too close to the shore, and I said, ‘Well, let me jump out, I’ll push us offshore.

Laurence Fishburne saved Emilio Estevez from drowning in quicksand when they were both 14 years old.
The actors were on location in the Philippines for Apocalypse Now. Estevez was not in the film, but his father, Martin Sheen, was. At the time, Sheen would travel with his family on long shoots in faraway places, so that they could remain close — physically and emotionally.
“We’d only known each other a couple of days,” Estevez said of Fishburne on The Jennifer Hudson Show Tuesday, where he made an appearance alongside his father. “He says, ‘Hey there’s this little boat, let’s go out on it.’ I said, ‘Sure.’ We were both 14 at the time, So we were out on this boat together, and we started getting too close to the shore, and I said, ‘Well, let me jump out, I’ll push us offshore.’ I jumped out, and it was like quicksand mud.

Some things bond you for life, and apparently, saving someone who is drowning in quicksand is one of them. While appearing on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Emilio Estevez recalled the time when Laurence Fishburne saved him from drowning in quicksand in the Philippines.
Emilio Estevez and Laurence Fishburne were both 14 when they met for the first time in the Philippines. Emilio’s father, Martin Sheen, was filming Apocalypse Now at the time, which also featured Fishburne in a supporting role. The pair had only known each other for a few days when they came across a small boat. “[Fishburne] says, ‘Hey there’s this little boat, let’s go out on it.’ I said, ‘Sure.’ We were both 14 at the time,” Estevez said. “So we were out on this boat together, and we started getting too close to the shore and I said, ‘Well, let me jump out, I’ll push us offshore.

Two and a Half Men needed another actor to fill the gap in the main cast. The showrunners approached multiple people, and one high-profile star turned down a million-dollar offer. It was not long until Ashton Kutcher received the opportunity to join the cast.
Kutcher agreed to be a lead character and realized he got to star alongside Jon Cryer. Cryer had already worked on various movies and shows beforehand. Kutcher has seen his previous projects and felt excited to work with him.
Ashton Kutcher was in ‘Two and a Half Men’ for four years
In 2011, Kutcher joined the cast of Two and a Half Men during its ninth season. He replaced Charlie Sheen and had the lead role of Walden Schmidt for the show’s last four seasons. The character first appears depressed and tries to drown himself in the ocean.
Afterward, Walden begins to hang around the other central characters.

Update 11:30 A.M.: In a statement shared with Et on Sunday, Michael Sheen clarified his statements on future political endeavors, noting that he never said he was "quitting acting."
"I did one interview with The Times of London a few weeks ago, parts of which (including a headline that is not a quote) have been picked up by a lot of other outlets. I Did Not declare that I'm 'quitting acting and leaving Hollywood' to go into politics," he said. "In the actual original interview I said I have become more involved with community issues back at home over the last few years and because of the political situation it's something I would like to focus on more."
"The interviewer asked me what that meant for my career and I said it might mean I work less as an actor and maybe even stop for a while At Some Point. But I don't...

Olivia de Havilland No matter how widely publicized Charlie Sheen's $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Two and a Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre after Sheen was fired from the television show, it doesn't seem at all probable that the Platoon and Wall Street star will make history like Olivia de Havilland did back in the mid-1940s. Even if his case ever makes it to court. De Havilland, who had entered Warners as a leading lady in 1935 in films such as the sumptuous A Midsummer Night's Dream, the programmer Alibi Ike, and her highly successful first pairing with Errol Flynn, Captain Blood, had by the early '40s become a two-time Oscar nominee and one of the studio's most important contract players. In 1943, the actress and her Gang Tyre lawyers filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. — a radically different entity in those days — because the studio kept extending...

Questioning Greatness with Adam Rifkin:
Earth’S Premiere Storyteller
We (Bob Rose, me, I?) at the Opinion In A Haystack Department are proud to announce that I (we?) were (was?) given the chance to pick the brain bucket of Hollywood’s supreme philosopher and film-creationist, Sir Adam Rifkin (facebook, twitter, myspace.) He’s the filmmaker responsible for Detroit Rock City, The Chase, The Dark Backward, and, more recently, the award winning Look. I was able to sit down with Mr. Rifkin, in front of our respective computers, and interview him, via email, about a plethora of assorted, varied, diverse, sundry, indiscriminate, and heavily kaleidoscopic ideas.
I originally sent Mr. Rifkin over 3,000 questions, most of which involved very uncomfortable queries about his family lineage, sexual fears, and Laserdisc-replica collection. He answered all of them in full detail, thus passing the interview-qualification-process, which allowed me to send him the 16 questions you will find below.
