- Renn Hawkey is an American musician and film producer. He was born Renn McDonnell Hawkey in New York City, New York, the third of five children. Two of his siblings are film colorist Adam Hawkey and actress Molly Hawkey.
In 2008, Hawkey married Vera Farmiga, with whom he has two children, Fynn McDonnell (b. 2009) and Gytta Lubov (b. 2010). The family resides in Hudson Valley, New York. After departing the metal/rock band Deadsy, in which he played keyboards and synth from 1995 to 2007, he began a career as a carpenter.
