Who does quirky drama better than the Brits? That’s a trick question. The answer is: No one. Take “Wild Bill” for example. I’m pretty sure this little ditty will have plenty of laughs, plenty of heartwarming moments, and its share of tension-filled spots. Plus, it’s the feature-film writing/directing debut of Dexter Fletcher, who played John Martin on HBO’s “Band of Brothers”. And if I’ve learned anything over the years, it’s that once you’ve been in “Band of Brothers”, you can do no wrong. Just look at Damian Lewis, Neal McDonough, Ron Livingston, and Michael Cudlitz, to name just a few. Need I say more? Get a load of “Wild Bill” below.
