Mark currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Worldwide Distribution at INSP, a leading US Cable TV network with over 75 million subscribers. Prior to INSP, he served as a Senior Vice President at Sportsman Channel, now part of Outdoor Sportsman Group, to lead their content distribution and affiliate marketing efforts during its start-up phase, taking its subscriber number from 800K to 30 million subscribers. Mark started his media career at Court TV (now Warner Media's TruTV), where he helped to grow the networks from 30 million to 90 millions subscribers during his tenure as a VP of Affiliate Relations.
Mark also serves as a vice-chair at National Board of NAMIC (National Association of Multicultural In Communications), where its mission is to educate and advocate for diversity in media, with over 3,500 members and 18 chapters across the US.
As for producing credits, Mark is an executive producer for a feature film, Son of the South, autobiographic pic of Bob Zellner, directed by Barry Alexander Brown and produced by Spike Lee. Mark also is a lead co-producer of a Broadway bound musical, Angels, featuring Tony Award-winning and nominated performers including, Laura Osnes, Robert Cuccioli, Josh Young and Alan H. Green.
He also served as a talent agent, specializing in Grammy-Award winning artists including Wu Tang Clan, Naughty by Nature, Lil' Kim, Taylor Hicks and original cast members of Jersey Boys.
Mark began his career in finance at Morgan Stanley, then served as an Risk Arbitrage analyst at Tiedemann Investment Group (TIG), with $1 billion dollars under management.
Mark received several recognitions including Inductee of CableFAX's Cable Hall of Fame, Top 100 executives in Cable Television, Top Minorities in Cable, Rising Stars of Cable TV Executives, Advisory Board of Cable Center Hall of Fame, Director at Large for NYC WICT Chapter.
Outside of entertainment industry, Mark currently serves on a board of Alex House, a non-profit organization in NYC that empowers single mothers and fathers to meet the needs for their children.
Mark attended Bronx HS of Science in NY and received his BA from Wheaton College in Illinois Mark was born in South Korea, and raised in New York City, where he currently resides with his wife and 3 daughters.
