Over a dozen people came to support former President Donald Trump in court on Monday, including Chuck Zito, former leader of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang. In the mid-1970s, Zito formed his motorcycle gang, the New Rochelle Motorcycle Club, before merging with the Ching-a-Ling Nomads.
Later, Zito was voted in as a member of the Hells Angels chapter in New York City in 1979 after meeting Sandy Alexander, chapter president. After numerous legal issues during his time with the Hells Angels, Zito left in 2004 to pursue a career in Hollywood. Some of Zito’s notable acting roles include Chucky “The Enforcer” Pancamo in the HBO prison drama Oz and Frankie “Diamonds” in Sons of Anarchy. He also worked as an amateur boxer and celebrity security guard.

Everett Grant has beef with Russian mobster Maxim Vasiliiv played by Oleg Prudius or if you’re a pro wrestling fan, Vladimir Kozlov. It seems Everett’s security company has been cutting into the Russian mob’s profits and they’re not happy about that. Since Phoenix is an action film, they decide to settle it with a fight to the death. That would be Everett’s death via a bullet to the head made to look like suicide.
WWE wrestler Natalie Eva Marie plays Everett’s daughter Fiona, Phoenix to her friends. She’s told of his death by General Shackleton. She knows he would never have killed himself and decides to put her hand-to-hand combat trainer’s skills to work finding answers.

Cops and Robbers stars Michael Jai White as a hostage negotiator who plays a high stakes game of cat and mouse with a cornered bank robber. As the two men learn each other’s identity, they realise they have a shared past, as estranged brothers do, with scores and grudges to be settled…
Can Micheal Jai White ever get a break? The man had obvious skills, both in acting and martial arts, which we’ve seen in a myriad of his previous films. However lately he seems to have become stuck in a rut of appearing own small cameo roles in films or playing cop roles that don’t show off his skillset. Even when he does get to kick some ass his performance seems stifled.

If you’re a fan of heist films, I’ve got a trailer here for you to watch for an upcoming movie called Vault, which is set in the 1970s.
The film is said to be based on a true story, and it follows a group of small time criminals in 1975 “who attempt to pull off the biggest heist in American history – stealing over $30 million from the Mafia in the smallest state in the union, Rhode Island.”
The movie was directed by Rhode Island native filmmaker Tom DeNucci, and it looks like a pretty good film that I’ll most likely end up checking out. The movie stars Theo Rossi, Clive Standen, Chazz Palminteri, Samira Wiley, Don Johnson, William Forsythe, Burt Young, Andrew Divoff, Sean Ringgold, Vincent Pastore, Dorothy Lyman, and Chuck Zito.
The movie is set to be released on June 14th on VOD.

"Anybody crosses Raymond gets buried." Lionsgate has released an official trailer for a low budget, direct-to-vod heist thriller titled Vault, set in the 1970s and seemingly based on a true story (maybe but also maybe not?). Made by Rhode Island native filmmaker Tom DeNucci, Vault is about a group of small time criminals who attempt to pull off the biggest heist in American history -- stealing over $30 million from the Mafia working in the smallest state in the union, Rhode Island. The ensemble cast includes Theo Rossi, Clive Standen, Chazz Palminteri, Samira Wiley, Don Johnson, William Forsythe, Burt Young, Andrew Divoff, Sean Ringgold, Vincent Pastore, Dorothy Lyman, and Chuck Zito. This looks like a forgettable, wannabe Scorsese crime film that no one will watch. Nothing to worry about here, move along. Here's the first official trailer (+ official poster) for Tom DeNucci's Vault, direct from YouTube: Vault tells a story...

When you think of high profile bank robberies, you don’t normally think of Rhode Island. The tiny state isn’t a hallmark for cinematic settings, but Vault is the exception to that rule. This film, opening this week, seeks to put Rhode Island on the map, at least when ti comes to gangsters and bank heists. It’s an intriguing idea, as this particular story is one most won’t have any clue exists. Alas, the execution here, while fine, never makes an effective case for its own existence. The movie won’t ever bore you, but at the same time, it rarely compels you either. The film is a crime tale, based on a true story. Taking place in 1975, it’s a depiction of what would become one of the biggest heists in American history. When we meet Deuce (Theo Rossi) and Chucky (Clive Standen), they’re just...

Mike Tyson is working on a TV series based on his own life, not as a boxer, but as a marijuana grower on his real-life weed farm. And it’s a scripted comedy — which he will star in.
A collaboration between Tyson and his business partner Rob Hickman, "Rolling With the Punches," is currently shooting at Tyson Ranch office in El Segundo, California, an individual with knowledge of the project tells TheWrap. The source says Tyson is describing the project as in the vein of Larry David’s HBO series "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
"It’s simple. I’m playing a retired boxer who is growing marijuana," Tyson told Page Six "It’s basically me acting like me, so people can get a look at what my life could be like in different scenarios."...

The end credits bloopers and outtakes oat the end of Black Wake suggest that what we just watched was meant to be tongue-in-cheek. Yeah, right. This shockingly bad body shocker – an eco-conspiracy zombie D-movie borrowing from Barry Levinson’s superior The Bay – is clearly meant as a serious piece of work. And it seriously sucks.
Dr Luiza Moreira (Brazilian actress Nana Gouvea, in her English-language debut) is part of a team investigating a series of strange deaths on the Atlantic coast. That strangeness is braindead people eating brains. It’s a bog-standard zombie flick lumbered with an unconvincing, overcomplicated conspiracy theory plot.
This means unrelentingly dull, straight-to-camera exposition, intercut with badly executed found footage of people going near water and having (fairly well-rendered) CG bugs leap into their mouths.

Chicago – Sylvester Stallone is a difficult man to comprehend, unless if doing a thesis on male menopause. The one time screenwriter of gritty soul pictures like “Rocky,” “Paradise Alley” and “First Blood” is spending his later years pumping out undistinguished boom-boom pictures like “Homefront.”
Rating: 2.5/5.0
This film – which Stallone adapted from a novel – has been on the shelf for a number of years, as Sly himself had passed the appropriate age to portray the main character. So “Expendables” costar Jason Statham has stepped up, and the taciturn British action star can’t breath any life into the ex-dea agent role, now undercover as a single Daddy in a small Louisiana town. In what looks like a takeoff of 1970s southern-fried action movies like “Gator” and “Walking Tall” lacks any air of that culture or grindhouse energy. It feels like a high school production, carefully costumed and slickly produced, but with...

So, we’re well past Summer and you action fans will have to wait many months before you can get your high-octane testosterone film fix. Nothin’ but serious, Oscar-bait prestige cinema out there, eh? Not quite! Thanks to an unlikely union of two action icons, you can snap that wishbone and then head to the multiplex for a whole lot more bone-snapin’ fun. That “Transporter” titan Jason Statham is zooming through those high-brow films this “turkey day” weekend. And he’s doing his thing right here in the Us of A (or as he might refer to it “the colonies”). So, who’s that other icon? None other than his Expendables partner, Sylvester Stallone. According to reports, Sly had adapted the script as a starring vehicle for himself several years ago, but never got around to it. So, now it’s been dusted off, updated, and fashioned for the glowering Brit.

When Sons of Anarchy ended last season, I was a little disappointed. It’s not that I hated it; I was just left with the feeling of longing for more. All throughout the season, we’ve seen our men in Samcro crushed by seemingly impossible odds, without any chance for escape. If there’s one thing that Kurt Sutter and company do best, it’s dropping the men into a hole and watching them try and escape. And the best part of this is the more they try to escape, the worse their situation gets. That’s why it was a bit of a disappointment when at the end of the season, they seemingly pulled the plug and left things out to dry. I mean, Clay Morrow was built...

We’ve had nearly a year to breath since the fated shot heard round Samcro. Clay (Ron Perlman) took the life of another member of the Redwood Original 9 in Sons of Anarchy Episode 4.8 (read the Samcro Obituary).
The Soa webisphere cried in outrage, calling for Clay’s death – at the hands of Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and/or Opie (Ryan Hurst). Alas, we don’t hold the gavel. The weight (and burden) of that honor falls on the shoulders of showrunner Kurt Sutter. And, he ruled that Clay would live. But, there would be consequences.

"Sons of Anarchy" wasted no time jumping into big stories to begin its fifth season, delivering a dizzying, plot-intensive and at times really powerful season premiere.
Trying to predict where the show will go based on one episode is usually a losing game -- even moreso with a 90-minute episode that introduced two key new players, kept a few plates spinning from last season and ended with Jax going into hiding. But here are a few of the moments and revelations from "Sovereign" that will likely play a big role in shaping the season to come.

Sons Of Anarchy
Stars: Charlie Hunnam, Katey Sagal, Mark Boone Junior, Kim Coates, Ron Perlman, Tommy Flanagan, Ryan Hurst | Written by Kurt Sutter | Directed by Paris Barclay

Henry Rollins, Danny Trejo, Mitch Pileggi, Chuck Zito … these are the sort of tough guys you expect to see turning up on a show like Sons of Anarchy. The relentless, take-no-prisoners biker drama traffics heavily in R-rated-levels of sex, violence and profanity, so there is always a healthy amount of sweaty machismo on display. But what makes Soa exceptional is its ability to surprise. When it was announced that guest stars for the upcoming Season 5 would include Community funny man Joel McHale (as a con artist) and High School Musical alum Ashley Tisdale (as a high-priced hooker), viewers [...]...

There’s not a lot of information out there on this one so excuse me for the brevity, it almost got passed us to begin with (as this is a few days old), but I know how everyone wants to know all things Samcro. With that in mind, Tara Summers has landed a role in Sons of Anarchy season 5, and according to Deadline, a recurring one. Not a lot of details beyond that the english actress will portray Karen Dunhill, who we will see working with Maggie Siff’s Tara.
If Summers looks familiar you probably caught her on Boston Legal as Katie Loyd or (as pictured above) with my girl Buffy on Ringer. She will has also be in the new David E. Kelley pilot, the TNT medical drama Monday Mornings. She’s just the latest in a mob of new characters we know are coming to Charming, following the already announced Ashley Tisdale,...

Sons of Anarchy creator, Kurt Sutter, must have become pretty chummy with some of the real-life members of Hells Angels since he has cast another of the badass bikers to play a part in the show’s fifth season. I guess Sutter wants to add a bit of the real world of bikers into his fictional world. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the comments he made regarding Discovery Channel’s The Devils Ride, which follows a number of Hells Angels, including the two now set to appear on Sons. I like to pretend Sutter is mildly frightened of these imposing men, though I’m sure he’s just being a nice guy.
According to TVLine, Hells Angels member Rusty Coones will be appearing in Episode 9 of Season 5, as Quinn. He’ll have a pretty significant part as the president of the Sons of Anarchy nomads, a...

Sons of Anarchy boss Kurt Sutter has enlisted a real Angel — a Hells Angel, more specifically — to play a charter president during Season 5 of the FX hit.
“In episode 509, we meet Quinn, the nomad president we’ve mentioned since Season 1, played by the incredibly substantial @RustyCoones,” Sutter shared on Twitter. (An FX rep confirmed for TVLine the casting of the 6-foot-5, 285-lb. biker/musician.)

Sons of Anarchy season 5 is rolling our way and just around the corner, so it’s time for introductions to some of the new cast of characters headed to Charming and the Samcro mix. You probably already know about Ashley Tisdale (who has been featured in several images so far), Jimmy Smits, and Damon Pope (Lost’s Harold Perrineau coming into town like a boss), but you might not know some featured in this video sent to us by FX, the latest of their “Before the Anarchy” featurettes.
Gogo (Chris Browning), Frankie Diamonds (Chuck Zito), and Greg the Peg, Fiasco (Rey Gallegos) and Lupe (Jorge Pallo) – yes, that’s Lupe Fiasco to you if you see the two running up on you – introduce themselves in what looks to be a video presented by another new member of the Samcro crew, Kurt Yaeger – aka Greg the Peg. It’s time to meet the new faces in Charming, friends. The latest “Before the Anarchy” webisode introduces three new members of S.A.M.C.R.O., who we’ll get to know when Sons of Anarchy returns Sept. 11. There’s Frankie Diamonds (Chuck Zito), Gogo (Chris Browning), and Greg the Peg, a badass biker who just happens to be missing a leg (like actor Kurt Yaeger). “I don’t know if you should trust us or not,” Yaeger says. This show? We’ll guess not.

Mark Margolis started out his career on the stage performing hundreds of plays and has since contributed to over 40 television series and 70 plus features including Scarface, The Cotton Club, Gone Baby Gone, and every one of Darren Arnofsky’s films.
On Breaking Bad, Margolis played Hector “Tio” Salamanca, the former right-hand-man of the Juarez Cartel, who after suffering a stroke, was unable to speak or walk; left only to communicate with a brass service bell fixed to his wheelchair amd his face. That didn’t stop him from being one of the most memorable characters on the best show in television and at 72, Margolis earned his first Emmy nomination for Guest Actor in a Drama Series. But his nomination was not just a by-product of the Breaking Bad gloss in recent years, instead, it shows how far the excellence of the show extends. Good luck being an extra.

At the "Sons Of Anarchy" panel at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, Jimmy Smits and Harold Perrineau talked about their guest arcs on the show's fifth season, which arrives Sept. 11 on FX. And after the panel, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, series creator Kurt Sutter revealed that the show will likely end after its seventh season.
"We have a sense of it playing out in seven [seasons], Sutter told THR. "At this point, which is not outside the realm of possibility, I think I'd really have to f--- things up not to get seven seasons."
Earlier in the panel, Sutter talked about his vision for concluding the series. "As we came into Season 5, it was really the first season I had to have a very clear sense of what my endgame is. Now I have to write that endgame," Sutter said.

FX sent over this new featurette made to prep us for the upcoming 5th season of Sons of Anarchy. Titled “Before the Anarchy: “Chucky and Gemma” it, as you’d expect, features Michael Ornstein and Katey Sagal (whose Gemma was also central to a recent season 5 teaser) talking about the paths of their characters for the upcoming season. Some of the major changes I think are rather plainly, and effectively, illustrated in the poster above that was released earlier this month, perfectly illustrating the Samcro reality as it stands now.
You already know both Gemma Chucky, but Sons of Anarchy does have some new players lined up for us next season, including Chuck Zito, Wanda de Jesus, and Ashley Tisdale (who we’ve already seen pics of in the mix and drama), and a very cool story involving new Samcro member, Greg the Peg.

Community star Joel McHale will be taking a leaf out of his co-star Alison Brie‘s playbook and mixing Community‘s comedy with a nice twist of drama, as he’ll be joining the fifth season of FX’s biker drama Sons Of Anarchy.
The report comes from TV Line, who tell us that McHale has signed on for a multi-episode arch as “Warren, a handsome con man who picks the wrong person to double-cross.”
Our bets are that the wrong person will probably be Katey Sagal‘s character Gemma, as it is also reported that McHale will be working closely with the former Married With Children star. Sagal also tweeted a photo of the pair on set together, which can be seen above.

The latest in the recent mob of Sons of Anarchy season 5 promos is a poster illustrating division, Samcro style. Charlie Hunnam’s Jax – the new president, he has the patch – has the circle of trust huddled around him, leaving Ron Perlman’s Clay rolling solo. The new pecking order – something Hunnam has talked about – isn’t the only new thing fans have to look forward in the upcoming season, with new faces like Harold Perrineau (of Lost), Jimmy Smits (of why were you in the Star Wars prequels?), and Chuck Zito, Wanda de Jesus, and Ashley Tisdale, of whom we’ve already seem some shots of in her Sons of Anarchy style.

With the season five premiere for FX’s Sons Of Anarchy only two months away, we now have our first tease for the highly anticipated biker drama. Currently filming in L.A., this first tease gives us a rather symbolic look at what lays ahead for our favorite gang of antiheroes.
The clip, from Yahoo, features the song Trouble Weighs a Ton by Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys and depicts a dream-like sequence of some of the Sons lead by their new president, Jax (Charlie Hunnam). They’re seen driving over a bridge only to be met by Tara (Maggie Siff) and Gemma (Katey Sagal).
As Gemma runs out to try and stop Jax from crossing the bridge, he swerves and crashes through the railing and plummets over the side. For fans of the series, this is an ominous indicator of what’s in store for our favorite characters.

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale has joined the cast of FX’s biker drama Sons Of Anarchy for the show’s fifth season. Tisdale will be taking on a multi-episode arc as Emma Jean, “a high-priced desirable escort that will complicate life for the motorcycle club.”
Obviously, this will be a much darker role than Tisdale would traditionally be known for. In saying that, I am very interested to see how she’ll perform. Hopefully, this may be the start of a shift into serious dramatic acting for Tisdale, who has flown under the radar since the last High School Musical film.
Tisdale will be joined by a bunch of well-known actors including Jimmy Smits, Harold Perrineau and real life biker-turned-actor Chuck Zito, who are all guest starring in the new season of Sons Of Anarchy.
Sons Of Anarchy is currently filming its fifth season, which will premiere this September on FX.

Sons of Anarchy showrunner Kurt Sutter is set on playing a magician in the show’s upcoming fifth season. First, he’s transforming perennial good-guy Jimmy Smits into a tattoo-donning gangbanger and now he’s planning to metamorphose former Disney star Ashley Tisdale into an escort.
Tisdale is set to play Emma Jean, a “desirable, high-priced escort,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. This new character, around for a 2-episode arc, will complicate Samcro’s life at some point early on in the season. And by Samcro, could this mean Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam)? Or perhaps Opie (Ryan Hearst)? The two have had their run-ins with strippers before, both having wandered from their significant others from time to time.
This announcement comes hot on the tails of Tisdale booking the lead role in Scary Movie 5, filming this summer. She’s best known for the High School Musical franchise, Disney’s...

Beware of Spoilers if you haven’t caught up on Sons of Anarchy, but I have some exciting news to share. There are casting news and then there are Sons of Anarchy casting news, and perhaps none as big as the crucial role of ex-drug lord Damon Pope. In the Season 4 finale, we saw Pope’s daughter murdered by Tig and that act of violence is sure to wreak havoc for Jax and Samcro for Season 5.
On May 12, creator Kurt Sutter tweeted this out to his fans:
“we have our damon pope. that news will break soon. couldn’t be more thrilled with the choice. top notch actor. and a very unique choice.”
At long last that man has been revealed as…
Harold Perrineau
You’ve seen him wheeled around the prisons of HBO’s Oz as Agustus, and you’ve seen him yell, “Walt!” all over the island of Lost.

Guess who’s riding into Charming when Sons of Anarchy’s Fifth Season picks up this Fall? None other than small screen vet Jimmy Smits.
Smits, most recently seen on the defunct NBC drama Outlaw, will be playing a whole new type of outlaw on the FX biker drama.
Deadline reports that the venerable actor will play a tattoo-covered character named Neron “Nero” Padilla, further describing him as “a Latino gangbanger with an exit strategy who becomes a dangerous mentor for Jax [Teller].”
Those familiar with Smits’ body of work know that he’s best known for playing suit-and-tie wearing guys on the good side of the law, having won an Emmy as attorney Victor Sifuentes in L.A. Law. He later solidified his status as a great actor as detective Bobby Simone on NYPD Blue and Congressman (and later President) Matthew Santos in The West Wing.

There is an interesting casting that was announced at Paleyfest 2012 that Sons of Anarchy fans will want to know about. Creator and showrunner Kurt Sutter told THR that celebrity body guard, actor, radio show host and ex-Hell’s Angel, Chuck Zito (Oz) will join Soa in Season 5 where he will play a nomad who wanders into Charming. Sutter also said that the role of Damien Pope, who was introduced in the Season 4 finale has yet to be filled.
There’s an interesting back story to this casting. Zito had pitched a show about a motorcycle club called Nomads (Aka The Wild Angels) to FX chief John Landgraf back in 2004. FX passed and in 2006 went forward with Sutter’s Sons of Anarchy. Zito eventually sued FX for $5 million in the spring of 2010 and lost this past December 2011, when it was ruled that Soa was independently created. THR followed up with Zito...

In 2010, Sons Of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter responded to a lawsuit accusing FX of stealing the idea for his series from Chuck Zito, the former Hells Angels president turned Oz actor, by calling Zito a “delusional bitch” and a “bitter, juvenile gnat.” It was, in Kurt Sutter terms, a measured, diplomatic response that bordered on obsequious. But time and cathartically spraying vituperative rage across the whole of social media on an hourly basis heals all wounds, apparently. Sutter soon took down the blog, which he now calls a “vicious, arrogant response” in which he “said some incredibly inflammatory and ...
