- Allen Woody was born on October 2, 1956 in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. He died on August 26, 2000 in New York City, New York, USA.
- Played in The Allman Brothers Band from June 1989 to March, 1997. Along with Warren Haynes, he played a huge role in giving life to the reformed band.
