- (February 2002) Performs in "War Letters" play based on a the book "War Letters: Extraordinary Correspondence from American Wars" (Canon Theatre, Los Angeles, California, USA).
- Extensive stage experience from high school days on. Her most important stage role has been as Phelia in Endesha Ida Mae Holland's autobiographical drama "From the Mississippi Delta". After opening in Chicago, she later toured in that role for 2-1/2 years and won four awards, including the Helen Hayes Award and the Connecticut Critics Circle Award.
- Played Juno in the 1995 Broadway production of "The Tempest" which starred Patrick Stewart. In this production, she was required to perform while atop stilts which were 9-1/2 feet tall.

- "Beneath Ripplng Water", a solo show written and performed by Sybyl Walker at The Company of Angels Theatre in Los Angeles
- (1988) She acted in revue, "The Colored Museum," at the Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago, Illinois, with Terrence A. Carson, directed by Andre DeShields.
- (September 29, 1993 - October 17, 1993) She played Mrs. Cantor, Flapper, Angie, Ada, Woman and Billy Tears in Val Smith's play, "Ain't We Got Fun?," in a Brown-Forman Classics in Context Festival production at the Actors Theatre of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky with Bob Burrus (Hollis Bell); Ray Fry (Old Man, Priest, Wilmer, Morty Crimp); Katie MacNichol (The Woman, Katherine Mirano); William McNulty (The Operative); Time Winters (Claude Winslow, Jackson, Ledford); Adam Whisner (Lindbergh, The Pole-sitter); Sheila Daniels (Staff) and Lee Soroko (Staff) in the cast. Julian Webber was director.
