London’s Twickenham Studios has appointed Andrew Boswell as its commercial director.
He will head up the sales team, leading the company’s move into film and high-end TV drama financing in the form of facility investments against production and post-production services.
Boswell will report to COO Maria Walker.
He joins from post-production facility Lip Sync where he also held the title of commercial director. He previously held positions at Molinare and production outfit The Mob Film Company.

Twickenham Studios is set to open its doors to aspiring film-makers.
The Lincoln Film School at Twickenham will be the first university film school to be housed within a fully functional commercial film studio when it launches in September.
It will offer industry-leading programmes of study for film-makers, media professionals and recent graduates, and will be steered by an expert advisory board with members including Angela Rippon OBE, former VP of Warner Brothers Pictures Rick Senat and ITV’s Ian Squires.
Led by Brian Hall, senior lecturer in film production at the University of Lincoln, and Maria Walker, COO at Twickenham Studios, the School will offer an intensive 20-week Practical Film Making course along with a series of short courses in specialist skills.
