As a highly skilled teen-aged dancer, she spent the summer seasons of 1947 and 1948 as "Prima Ballerina" with the Denver Post Opera and was billed as "Elizabeth Williams."
Agnes de Mille invited her to join the newly created Agnes de Mille Dance Theatre in 1954 and played to audiences in 126 cities during that tour.
While waiting for "Oklahoma!"(1955)to be released, Lizanne joined the European tour of the stage version of "Oklahoma!" where she played the role of "The Girl Who Falls Down".
Appeared as "Claudine" in the stage production of "Can Can" at the Civic Playhouse in West Los Angeles, California, USA in 1956. Continued in that role at the Hacienda Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA during April-June 1957.
Appeared in Monte Proser's Tropicana Revue at the Tropicana Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA during 1957-1958.
Appeared in several installments of "Polka Parade", a local weekly TV series in 1959 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Chosen to be one of the prestigious "Hermes Pan Dancers" in Johnny Mathis' first international tour in 1960. The tour began in Asia and then played in Canada (Toronto) and multiple U.S. cities, ending at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada in January 1961.
Appeared as "Anybodys" in the 1961 production of "West Side Story" in San Diego, California, USA.
