Selena Gomez is saying so long to the Lone Star state — or at least her $3 million slice of it.
The singer and actress, 24, has listed her Fort Worth mansion with Todd Terry and John Zimmerman of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate for $2.999 million. The five-bedroom, six-bath estate proves everything really is bigger in Texas, coming in at just over 10,000 square feet.

Seriously, we couldn’t make this up if we tried. There is a three-year-old electronic music artist that goes by DJ Arch Jnr, and he has literally been booked for an event called Back To The Old Skool.
DJ Arch Jnr became a viral sensation of sorts after being awarded $35,000 for being declared the winner of South Africa’s Got Talent back in November. While many wrote him off as a passing gimmick, he now shows promise as a full-fledged electronic music act – despite being a toddler, he will share the stage with the likes of Black Coffee, Todd Terry, Roger Sanchez and David Morales.
While it’s so unlikely that a three-year-old could even count beats that his tracks are undoubtedly synced, the lack of overhead footage from his television debut makes it difficult to determine whether or not he’s doing any actual mixing. Nonetheless, DJ Arch Jnr...

The winners for the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® have been announced. The ceremony was held on Sunday, Jan. 25, at the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center and was simulcast by TNT and TBS. Dany Boyle's acclaimed "Slumdog Millionaire" took home the best Cast of a Motion Picture, Sean Penn won for his dramatic performance in "Milk" and Heath Ledger was recognized again for his work as 'The Joker' in "The Dark Knight." Actresses taking home top honors were Meryl Streep who impressed most again with a win for her performance in Miramax Films' "Doubt" and Kate Winslet added another award for her work on The Weinsten Company's "The Reader."
