The teens of "That '90s Show" may hang out in the same basement where the "That '70s Show" crew spent many a summer night in a smoky circle, but they're definitely forging their own paths. The Netflix spinoff, which premiered on Jan. 19, stars a fresh cast that includes Callie Haverda, Mace Coronel, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Reyn Doi, Sam Morelos, and Ashley Aufderheide, as well as "That '70s Show" originals Kurtwood Smith (Red) and Debra Jo Rupp (Kitty).
The show follows Eric (Topher Grace) and Donna's (Laura Prepon) teenage daughter, Leia (Haverda), as she navigates coming of age and making new friends in the exact place where her parents fell in love so many years ago. But despite the similarities between the sitcoms, the young "That '90s Show" cast are set on paving their own way.

Depending on the season, the opening credits sequences for Night Court and That ‘70s Show ran between 30 and 40 seconds. Their new legasequels — NBC’s Night Court and Netflix’s That ‘90s Show — use intros that top out around 15 seconds, with updated versions of familiar theme songs that are either much less intricate (Night Court) or vastly sped up (That ‘90s Show).
On the one hand, this should not be a surprise. Sitcom credits have gotten drastically shorter since That ‘70s Show debuted 25 years ago, particularly on broadcast network TV, where...

Review: One of Fox’s most popular sitcoms, That ’70s Show, ran for eight seasons and 200 episodes in the early 2000s. This That ’90s Show review contains no spoilers.
Reboots of old shows are all the rage right now. Whether it’s a revival with the same cast members returning or a spinoff set in the same universe as a previous hit show, it seems the television industry is dead set on giving audiences a dose of the same medicine from the past. This is a dangerous trend for those who want a little more creativity on our screens, but it’s also comforting to see characters and actors from our childhoods, especially in a time with so much economic and health turmoil following Covid-19.
The latest in a long line of these modern takes on classics is That ‘90s Show. Using the same setting and bringing back various characters from the hit Fox sitcom That ‘70s Show, Netflix is hopeful that fans of the original era-specific comedy series will still...

The second Netflix announced there would be a reboot of That ‘70s Show, fans eagerly awaited to find out what popular actors from the original cast would make a return to Point Place, Wisconsin for more joints and foots up their asses courtesy of Red Forman (Kurtwood Smith). We’re here to break down and explain every cameo in That ‘90s Show, no matter how big or small. Our guide should let you know whether you can fully expect to enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane, or whether there will be some characters lost to the passage of time.

There wasn’t much doubt that the upcoming series, That 90s Show, was going to be missing a couple of people, but thankfully Bob Pinciotti won’t be one of them. Don Stark, the man behind the curly top, was recently given the call to announce that he would be rejoining the group and reprising his old role. The idea of bringing the gang back and advancing them two decades into the 90s is something that many people are eagerly anticipating, but one has to wonder if it will live up to expectations. Don himself wasn’t even certain that he would get

If you needed a reason to tune into “That ‘90s Show,” the upcoming Netflix series that serves as a spin-off/sequel to “That ‘70s Show,” how about the fact that most of the original cast will return in the new series?
That’s right! As you can see in the trailer (watch above) Topher Grace, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Laura Prepon and Wilmer Valderrama will appear as special guests in “That ‘90s Show.” Groovy. Or radical. Or whatever they said in the ‘90s.
The new series follows Leia Forman (Callie Haverda) who goes to stay with her grandparents, Red (Kurtwood Smith) and Kitty (Debra Jo Rupp), both returning favorites from the original series. Among the weirdos hanging out with Leia in her grandparents basement are Gwen (Ashley Aufderheide), Nate (Maxwell Donovan), Ozzie (Reyn Doi), Nikki (Sam Morelos) and Jay Kelso (Mace Coronel). The always-dynamic director Jack Hill goes teen-gang wild with this absolutely crazy take on Jd pictures, pitched three octaves higher than normal exploitation drama. All the nasty-rasty thrills are here, from an episode of Wip sadism to brutal misogyny to a gang skirmish fought on a roller skating rink. What began as one of those exploitation cheapies with three women, comes alive with the dynamic Robbie Lee, Joanne Nail and Monica Gayle — even with all the sexist cruelty on view, the no-limits performances feel liberating, energizing. Hill’s gang epic is so stylized, it’s almost a fantasy. With some good interview and analysis extras.

When you ask what happened to someone it usually implies that they fell out of favor with the business, found a different path, passed away, or just somehow fell off the map. Don Stark hasn’t done any of those things to be certain since he’s still around and he’s still active as of late. The 65-year old is obviously best known for his role on That 70’s Show as Donna’s father Bob, who was kind of a bumbler and wasn’t taken seriously all that often due to a lot of the things he said. But Don has had a pretty

Tony “Lip” Vallelonga (Viggo Mortensen) is an Italian-American bouncer at New York’s Copa nightclub, a classy joint popular with the mob community. After some serious fisticuffs, the Copa is closed for refurbishment, and Tony finds himself on a sabbatical. He can’t support his family taking odd jobs and indulging in eating competitions (however magnificent an eater he may be); so when the opportunity arises to drive a wealthy musician, Dr Don Shirley (Mahershala Ali), on a tour of the Deep South, he jumps at the chance. Except Tony never jumps as such – he kind of jiggles.
An unashamedly crass slob, Tony is chosen...

Peter Farrelly’s Green Book premiered at the 2018 Toronto Film Festival in Canada. Lord of the Rings’ Viggo Mortensen stars with Moonlight Oscar-Winner and new True Detective Season 3 regular Mahershala Ali alongside Linda Cardellini, Don Stark, and Sebastian Maniscalco.
The journey to get the story on the road is almost as fascinating as the film itself. We get to hear from the actors, director and producers (including the son of the real life driver) about how it was an oft-told family tale, perfect for the big screen treatment. It’s a pleasure to hear Ali and Mortensen talk about building their characters and going on the journey with them.
Green Book is released on the 21st of November, 2018 in the Us and on the 8th of February, 2019 in the UK.

If you're into UFOs and stories about alien abductions, I've got a trailer here for a film you might be interested in called Beyond The Sky. The movie doesn't look like a great film, but it looks like it will be something that I'd enjoy watching. The film follows a skeptic who embarks on a journey to uncover the truth of alien abductions, and as you might expect, things take an interesting and scary turn for him as he come to realize the truth. Here's the synopsis:
Chris Norton has been hearing about alien abductions his entire life but, in his gut, he knows they are not real. Setting out to disprove the alien abduction phenomenon once and for all, he attends a UFO convention to meet alleged abductees and reveal the truth behind their experiences. It is only when he meets Emily, who claims to have been abducted every seven years on her birthday,...

"We get our fair share of non-believers, but sooner or later they come to realize the truth. Rlje Films has debuted the official trailer for an alien abduction, sci-fi mystery/thriller film titled Beyond The Sky, which is getting a release next month. While shooting a documentary to expose the lies of alien abductees, a provocative filmmaker and his crew encounter a young woman with a dark secret who leads them to uncover a disturbing truth. The film has gone under a few other titles, including Encounter and False Memory Syndrome, but will be released as Beyond The Sky. Travis Walton, author of the memoir "Fire in the Sky" about his own alien abduction experience (which was turned into that horrifying 1993 film Fire in the Sky), served as a consultant and has a cameo in the film. Beyond The Sky stars Ryan Carnes, Jordan Hinson, Claude Duhamel, Martin Sensmeier, Don Stark,...
