Channel 4 cult hit The Big Breakfast is to return this summer helmed by Mo Gilligan and Aj Odudu.
The show originally aired as an anarchic alternative morning offering on Channel 4 from 1992 to 2002, presented by the likes of Chris Evans and Gaby Roslin.
It was resurrected as a one-off special for Channel 4’s Black to Front day of Black programing last September and has now been given a four-part order that will air in August.
Gilligan is a Channel 4 mainstay, hosting the likes of The Lateish Show and co-hosting The Big Narstie Show, while Odudu was recently seen as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing and is establishing herself as one of British TV’s most in-demand presenters.
ITV Studios’ Lifted Entertainment is producing the four parter, which will presumably be given a longer run if it performs.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has received a letter signed by 50 of Britain’s biggest stars, including Dame Judi Dench, Brian May Cbe, Leona Lewis, Gary Lineker OBE, James Arthur, Thandie Newton OBE, Alesha Dixon, Ricky Gervais, Mollie King and Dame Twiggy Lawson, urging him to implement a UK ban on the sale of real animal fur.
Animal protection organisation Humane Society International/UK which leads the #FurFreeBritain campaign in collaboration with other animal charities, is hopeful that a 2021 ban is possible now that the Brexit transition is completed.
Fur farming was banned in Britain almost two decades ago in 2003 as it was deemed too cruel. But since then Britain has imported more than £800 million worth of fur from countries including Finland, China, France and Poland, where animals experience severe suffering and distress on fur farms. This is a double standard that needs to end.

Sinitta will perform a pole dance in this weekend's episode of Get Your Act Together.
The 'So Macho' legend will don a sparkly leotard and learn from her mentor Bendy Kate before showing off her new-found skills to the studio audience on Sunday night's show.
Sinitta - who thought it was a joke when she was told she would be learning to pole dance - admitted that she has been suffering from some bruises on her bottom and "tender areas".
"The pole hurts," she said. "Imagine extreme rope burns along cold metal running across your flesh. I have been in really serious, horrible pain."
But she must have done well as host Stephen Mulhern recently told Digital Spy that she had surprised him the most, saying: "When you see this, it takes her to another league. You just think, 'Full respect to you', because I don't know many people who could do that.

Sport Relief's Top Dog, honestly, was always going to be up our street. As the sort of people who still mourn Pets Win Prizes, the chance to see a bunch of canine companions having a go at various games was something that we were instantly on board with.
Of course, it's a plus that it's all for charity, but we'd watch this show even if it had nothing to do with Sport Relief. Not that it's a good show. Honestly, it's kind of shambolic. The set is a very shiny floor, with the BBC surely blowing its sparkle budget for the year on episode one. Gaby Roslin can barely hold it together when she tries to shout the game instructions over dogs barking. The phrase "on your barks, get set, go" is used.
So yes. It's kind of terrible. But we don't care, because it is so much fun.
