- Craig Reynolds was injured when a motorcycle driven by 23 year old Robert Earl Smith skidded into the motor scooter Reynolds was driving. Reynolds was taken to French Hospital where he died from his injuries five days later. The accident occurred at the corner of Poinsettia Place and Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood.
