Activision introduced their new mobile battle royale game called Call of Duty Warzone Mobile in March. The launch was a little surprising as Activision already has a Call of Duty Mobile game, which is a massive success as well. But the game was developed by Tencent and Activision had to share profits.
Call of Duty Warzone Mobile, since its release, has made a significant mark in the mobile gaming world, particularly in the battle royale genre. One key gameplay aspect that sets it apart from its competitors, Pubg and Garena Free Fire, is the exclusive inclusion of human players in its 120-player matches.

Call of Duty Warzone Mobile has taken the gaming world by storm, offering an impressive battle royale experience on mobile devices. The game was released in March 2024 as a free-to-play mobile first-person shooter game published by Activision. The decision to release another Call of Duty Mobile version was baffling to players and has made them discuss.
However, one of the Call of Duty Warzone Mobile’s unique features which sparked a bigger discussion among players was the availability of a 120-player Verdansk map. Especially when compared to the PC and console versions (both PlayStation and Xbox) only allow up to 100 players.

"The Sound of Music" is not just a wonderful film; it's perhaps the single most timeless Hollywood musical with the most uniformly beloved songlist in film history. Julie Andrews' performance as the nurturing, free-spirited Maria Von Trapp was an instant sensation, a legendary portrayal that helped "The Sound of Music" unseat "Gone with the Wind" as the highest grossing film to date. If the charming hooks of "Do-Re-Mi" and "Sixteen Going on Seventeen" aren't sumptuous enough, the movie's sonic splendor deepens with the classic anthem "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" and the adorable, yet incredibly moving "So Long, Farewell." At every turn in Robert Wise's classic there is another tune, performance, or charismatic bit of Von Trapp choreography to renew our faith in the power of the Hollywood musical. In honor of the movie's 50th anniversary and new re-release on Blu-ray and Digital HD, we had the unspeakable honor of...

We’re only hours away from the highly anticipated premiere of NBC’s live adaptation of The Sound of Music. EW was on set for rehearsals a few weeks ago and got a chance to chat with True Blood star Stephen Moyer, who is playing the stern Captain Von Trapp. Moyer talked about working with Carrie Underwood and the perils of doing live television.
Entertainment Weekly: How did this come to you?
Stephen Moyer: Interestingly, I got the offer before. It came through at the end of the first week of rehearsals, so weird. I had just finished True Blood literally the week before.

Every week, EW will imagine a sequel to a movie that we wish would happen — no matter how unlikely the idea really is.
Mystery Men is one of those movies that you either really love or you really loathe. For me, it’s the former. By Tariq Khan, Gold Derby 1. It's a wide open race. The last five years, the Supporting Actor derby has been incredibly easy to call. Just consider the wins by Javier Bardem in "No Country for Old Men," Heath Ledger in "The Dark Knight," Christoph Waltz in "Inglourious Basterds," Christian Bale in "The Fighter" and Christopher Plummer in "Beginners." Were any of those outcomes ever really in doubt? Each of those men was declared the frontrunner early in the season and then prevailed at both the Globes and SAG Awards. The Oscar presentation was really just a formality. Finally, 2012 has brought us some suspense. There has been no clear critical favorite, with non-nominees Matthew McConaughey taking both the New York and National Society prizes for "Magic Mike" and "Bernie," and Dwight Henry winning in Los Angeles for "Beasts of the Southern Wild." Christoph Waltz was the upset Globe victor for "Django Unchained...

Magneto and Professor Xavier, together again: Sirs Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart will star together on Broadway in not one but two productions this fall. The shows, Harold Pinter’s No Man’s Land and Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot, will be performed in repertory and both will be directed by Sean Mathias. Waiting for Godot was last on Broadway just four years ago; No Man’s Land last appeared on the Great White Way in 1994, starring a Tony-nominated Christopher Plummer.

New York—The bittersweet musical "Once" captured eight Tony Awards on Sunday, including best musical direction, best lead actor in a musical and the top musical prize itself.
The inventive play "Peter and the Starcatcher" was next with five awards, but most every show came away with something to crow about.
Bruce Norris' "Clybourne Park," the remarkably perceptive Pulitzer Prize-winning play about race and real estate, won the best play Tony.
Audra McDonald was named best lead actress in a musical and her "The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess" was named best musical revival. This is her fifth Tony Award, tying the competitive record held by Angela Lansbury and Julie Harris.
"I was a little girl with a potbelly and afro puffs, hyperactive and overdramatic. And I found the theater, and I found my home," McDonald said. Looking at her daughter, she said her big night wasn't as wonderful as...

It's Academy Award Nominations Day, which means for every sure-thing nominee to applaud (go George Clooney!) or fan fave who squeaks in (woo hoo Melissa McCarthy!), there's a snub to bemoan (where's Albert Brooks?) or a huge surprise to marvel at (who's Demian Bichir?), and this year's list of Oscar hopefuls contains several shockers.
Before we start a month of predictions and odds-making, let's take a moment to point out the many ways the Academy missed the mark or pleasantly surprised us with their picks.

We hope Martin Scorsese thanks his wife this morning for demanding he make a movie their 12-year-old daughter could actually see. Too bad the critical symposium in the new, Winter 2012 issue of Cineaste isn't online. Participants evidently include Gianni Amelio, Olivier Assayas, Costa-Gavras, Robert Greenwald, and Sally Potter, "among others," but until we get our hands on the print edition, we'll have to make do with what is online, which, after all, is plenty: Patrick Z McGavin on Dave Kehr's When Movies Mattered: Reviews from a Transformative Decade, Richard James Havis on Kyung Hyun Kim's Virtual Hallyu: Korean Cinema of the Global Era, Andrew Horton on New Zealand Film: An Illustrated History and Henry K Miller on Brutal Intimacy: Analyzing Contemporary French Cinema and The New Extremism in Cinema: From France to Europe. And that's just the book reviews.

There are a couple of reasons for revisiting the Toronto International Film Festival's lineup for its documentary program, Real to Reel. One of them is Aj Schnack's interview with Thom Powers, Tiff's Documentary and Mavericks Programmer, posted just hours after the Mavericks lineup was announced on Tuesday. Discussing the highlights of both programs, they touch on another reason: Paradise Lost 3: Purgatory is making all sorts of headlines. Joe Berlinger and Bruce Sinofsky's third film chronicling the odyssey of Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley Jr, aka the West Memphis Three, through the labyrinth of the Us legal system, follows Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills (1996) and Paradise Lost 2: Revelations (2000). All three films deal with what Powers calls in his Programmer's Note "an 18-year-old murder case that has become an iconic example of a legal witch hunt." In 1993, when all three men were still teens,...

In yet another perfect casting move director David Fincher has hired Christopher Plummer for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Plummer will play the pivotal role of the Vanger family patriarch. according to THR. The Vangers are the wealthy family being investigated by Daniel Craig.s journalist character and Rooney Mara.s computer hacker badass, Lisbeth Salander. Originally the role was supposed to go to Max Von Sydow, but apparently, that didn't happen. If you.ve seen the Swedish version of this story, then you know Plummer.s a perfect fit to step right into that role. It.s Chris Plummer.s character who hires them to solve the 40-year-old murder of his beloved niece. It.s a part that requires an elder statesman with serious emotional range. Whether he.s playing a militant, Shakespeare quoting Klingon or a kindly old mentalist, Plummer can pull just about anything off. Maybe...

Quite an excellent choice Marc Webb. When it was initially announced that Red Riding and Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus star Andrew Garfield was up for the role of Peter Parker in the new Spider-Man reboot I thought he would be the perfect choice. I was afraid Sony would think he is too old at 26 but today it has been officially confirmed that he has been cast.

Well, Sony Pictures and director Marc Webb have found their new Peter Parker! After all the casting leaks, and rumors it came down to the actor I didn't think would get the part. Andrew Garfield is officially the new face of Spider-Man.
It's not that I don't think Garfield is a good actor because the guy has definitely got some acting skills. I just think he is much older than what I thought Sony and Webb said they were looking for. He doesn't come across as a high school kid to me. But what do I know, I'm not the guy making the movie.
In they end I think they made a good choice for the fact that Garfield really is a solid actor that has got some talent. He's been in a few films such as Boy A, Lions For Lambs, Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, and co-star in David Fincher's The Social Network.
