- Ray Montgomery was born on May 27, 1922 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He was an actor, known for Ramar of the Jungle (1952), Rocky Jones, Space Ranger (1954) and The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp (1955). He was married to Jean Trent. He died on June 4, 1998 in Santa Barbara, California, USA.

- Visible in the 1960s as a balding, white-haired, tough-looking character man During the 1960s, the now-balding, white-haired Montgomery, more notably in director Don Siegel's Madigan (1968). His last screen appearance was in the series "Hunter" before retiring.
- The darkly handsome Montgomery joined Warner Bros. in 1941 and spent the next two years working in short-subjects and playing small roles in war-era films, but did not rise to leading man status. Later played "bad guy" roles on 50s TV.
