- Drafted in the first-Round (18th overall) of the 1968 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers out of Texas A&I (now Texas A&M-Kingsville). Played for the Chargers (1969-71), the Green Bay Packers (1972-74), and the Cleveland Browns (1975). In 94 games, he had 19 interceptions for 292 yards and one touchdown.
