Rush star Jolene Anderson has revealed that she felt very "vulnerable" after her recent rape storyline. The Australian actress, whose character Sgt Shannon Henry was beaten and raped in the show, said that she lost sleep after filming the distressing scenes. Anderson told National Features: "It is the most challenging thing I've ever done as an actor. It was very confronting and upsetting working yourself up into those emotions. "I remember having a nightmare about it the week after. I felt very vulnerable. I had to go home and shake it off because it is quite toxic."
