The modern British gangster movies are strange beasts, and I admit I do have a weakness for them. With acting that is often questionable and stories that tend to be on the sillier side of crime thrillers they have a charm that can even survive a Danny Dyer starring role (that was a joke, don’t bite my head off). The Smoke, to be fair, only takes a gentle stroll into the British gangster movie style, though it does feature some actors that you’ve seen in them before, and more bizarrely more than its fair share of soap stars too.

Splash! returned this weekend, and it was just as awesomely carefree and camp as we remembered, but one Splash! staple missing from the launch episode was hot male celebrity abs (sorry Ricky Groves). Yes, Tom Daley is as gorgeous as ever, but we like a bit of variety, you know.
Thankfully, it seems that issue will be resolved in this week's heat, as popstar, soapstar and general charmer Keith Duffy is in possession of a nice bod, and as these first-look pictures show, he isn't afraid to flaunt it.
Keith apparently had no problem slipping into a Speedo during training, a move that has to be admired from a man turning 40 this year.
Here he is taking a big leap in his budgie smugglers, as mentor Tom keeps a watchful eye.
So, what's the verdict, Tom?
We can't help but agree.
Keith will compete against Digital Spy columnist Anna Williamson,...

Tom Daley's Splash! continues this weekend, with five more stars competing for a place in the semi-final.
TV presenter Michaela Strachan, and Diversity dancer Perri Kiely progressed in Saturday's first heat, but who are the celebrities taking the plunge in heat two?
The second show of the series will feature singer and actress Toyah Wilcox, Rugby League player Martin Offiah, comedian Paul Ross, Boyzone's Keith Duffy and Digital Spy's very own Anna Williamson.
Kiely was the first contestant to make it through to the semi-final, finishing top of heat one when the judges' scores and viewers' votes were combined.
Strachan then went through after beating Gemma Collins in the splash-off. Former EastEnders actor Ricky Groves and Hollyoaks cast member Gemma Merna received the lowest combined scores in the first heat.
Tom Daley's Splash! returns to ITV next Saturday (January 11) at 7pm.

Tom Daley returned to our screens this evening (January 4) as Splash! kicked off its second series.
The first heat saw Michaela Strachan, Gemma Merna, Gemma Collins, Perri Kiely and Ricky Groves take the plunge, as Daley and judges Andy Banks, Jo Brand and Leon Taylor watched on.
The series got off to an undeniably shaky start last January, as viewers and critics questioned why ITV had let the show see the light of day.
However, Splash! proved to be a ratings success for the channel, which led to its renewal shortly after last year's February final.
What did you think of the show's return? Are you glad to see Splash! back for another year? Is the series better second time round?
Finally, what do you make of this year's celebrities and their performance in tonight's first heat?
Share your thoughts on the return of Splash! in the comments section below.

Splash! host Gabby Logan has described Tom Daley as "a delight to have around".
The presenter - who fronts Daley's diving series alongside Vernon Kay - said that she doesn't think that Daley will be affected by his recent announcement about his sexuality.
Logan told Kate Garraway on ITV's Lorraine: "I don't think it'll affect him at all… he must feel some kind of relief just to go, 'Look this is me, this is what I am, there was a bit about me you didn't know, now let's move on'.
"He can't be any nicer, he can't be any easier to work with, he's just a delight to have around, he's so giving, so I imagine he'll just feel even more relaxed with people… the crowds I expect will still go wild for him."
Last month, Daley posted a YouTube video confirming that he is in a relationship with a man.
