Some 35,000 people applied for tickets to the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Only 1,500 of them made the cut — and Rob Crawford is the guy who decided it all.
Crawford is the Vma casting director, and he and his team are responsible for filling the 1,500 seats inside Radio City Music Hall that aren't taken up by celebrities, musicians and assorted industry folk — which means he has the power to make a whole lot of dreams come true.
