Four months have passed since Jennifer Coolidge bagged her second consecutive Emmy for “The White Lotus” and thus became the eighth drama or comedy series regular honored by the TV academy for a season in which her character died. Emmy nominations of this kind have become quite common in recent years, and it’s possible that over 15% of the 2024 lead and supporting continuing series contenders will be added to the list.
The current consensus among more than 2,400 Gold Derby users is that five continuing series performers whose characters perished within the past year will receive Emmy nominations, while a few others have outside shots at recognition. Denise Richards is one celebrity who turned to OnlyFans to supplement her income. The actress allegedly earns a shocking amount of money through the site. Keep reading for all the details on the Real Housewives star’s major payday.
Denise Richards, Erika Jayne Tangled Over OnlyFans On Rhobh
Denise Richards left The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2020 after just two seasons. It seems she didn’t leave on good terms with her co-stars, especially after Lisa Rinna outed Denise’s alleged affair with Brandi Glanville. Despite the bad blood, Denise scored an invite to a “weed party” hosted by Kyle Richards. While the actress claims she didn’t imbibe, her behavior was odd.
At one point, she called out Erika Jayne for an earlier incident involving a threesome joke that Erika made when Denise’s children were in earshot. Erika Jayne brought up Denise’s OnlyFans account in response.

Bill Maher is expanding his Club Random podcast into a network, with plans to launch a new show with sports journalist Sage Steele.
Maher, host of HBO’s Real Time, is teaming with his co-creators and executive producer Chris Case and Chuck Labella in the venture, with plans to feature celebrity talent who want to “try something different and span a wide variety of personalities and interests,” according to an announcement.
Club Random Studios, as the venture is named, will debut The Sage Steele Show later today. In a statement, Maher said that the former ESPN anchor is “the perfect choice to be our first new host because, like me, she pissed off Disney. There’s a certain poetic symmetry to that.”
Maher said, “My lifelong goal has been to get the kind of conversation we have in life – utterly real, completely authentic, cleaned up for no one – on the air.

After two years of hosting his own podcast, Bill Maher will help others do the same with Club Random Studios, a podcast network and entertainment hub aiming to champion “authenticity from unfiltered celebrity voices.”
Besides Maher’s own “Club Random,” the network’s first show is “The Sage Steele Show,” hosted by Sage Steele, dropping March 27. Steele joined ESPN as an anchor in 2007 and climbed the ranks at the network until she was suspended without pay over controversial comments she made on another podcast. Upcoming guests on “The Sage Steele Show” include Dana White, Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne, Jillian Michaels, Drea DeMatteo, Adam Carolla, Reggie Watts and Steve Garvey.
In a statement announcing the new venture, Maher said, “Dance like no one’s watching? We talk like no one can cancel us.”

“People find that hard to believe that I was never really paid very much money for any of the jobs I’ve done,” Sopranos actress Drea de Matteo said about her decision to post racy content on subscription site OnlyFans. “People think I’m f***ing made of gold, and I’m not. I’ve worked job to job.”
OnlyFans started in 2016 and quickly gained notoriety as a place people could view Nsfw content. Celebrities who have embraced the platform include Denise Richards, Cardi B, Bella Thorne, Tyga and Chris Brown.
De Matteo told Fox News Digital that her own decision to join sprang from a production slowdown during the pandemic, what she says is a loss of work due to her vaccine stance and, above all else, a desire to take care of her kids.
“Things have changed in the last three years. My kids have always been my No.

“The Sopranos” star Drea de Matteo announced in late August that she was launching an OnlyFans account that followers could subscribe to for $15 a month. Now in an interview with Fox News Digital, the actor explained that pivoting to OnlyFans came as a result of losing acting work over the last couple of years due to her stance against Covid vaccine mandates.
“I know some people have said some nasty things about me having joined OnlyFans,” de Matteo said. “But, you know, the way we see it in this house is mommy’s a warrior, not accepting defeat…I figured, ‘Ok, so everybody’s in their underwear and being sexy on Instagram and I don’t do that, but I can do that and get paid for it’…I don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner.”

Drea de Matteo has joined OnlyFans. The “Sopranos” star announced her debut on the platform earlier this week by sharing a photo of herself wearing only a pair of boots. Her bio includes a reference to the series, though she jokingly wrote/avoided copyright infringement by writing, “The Sopornos.” De Matteo starred in the first five seasons of the series.

One of the classic lines in HBO’s “The Sopranos” was, “A Don doesn’t wear shorts.”
Now, one of the show’s characters is taking that advice a step further. Drea de Matteo, who played Adriana, Christopher Moltisanti’s girlfriend on the series, has launched an OnlyFans site. For $15 per month, subscribers can see candid shots of the 51-year-old actress in uncensored poses.
The subscription-based service was first started in 2016 but quickly gained notoriety as a place people could view Nsfw content. Celebrities who have embraced the platform include Denise Richards, Cardi B, Bella Thorne, Tyga, and Chris Brown.
De Matteo launched her profile with a photo that showed her completely nude, save for a pair of animal-print boots, smoking a cigarette while sitting on a bed.
The new venture was announced on de Matteo’s Instagram Story on Thursday, where she revealed that her OnlyFans was live.

The Sopranos saw a number of brutal and intense moments throughout its run, with some particularly graphic and shocking murders throughout its six-season run. Now, more than 16 years after Tony took his family out for onion rings and left the world wondering what happened when the screen went black, star Michael Imperioli – who played Christopher Moltisanti – is reflecting on The Sopranos scenes that gave him the toughest time.
While Michael Imperioli didn’t cite one specific scene from The Sopranos, he did point to his more intense moments – and there were a lot of them – with Drea de Matteo, who played Christopher’s girlfriend, Adriana. “The most brutal, difficult stuff for me is when Christopher had to be physically abusive with Adriana, for obvious reasons. Michael Imperioli is opening about his time on The Sopranos and the scenes he found the most difficult to film.
The White Lotus actor said that the scenes where he was seen being physically abusive to Drea de Matteo’s Adriana La Cerva were challenging as opposed to scenes where he was shooting a mobster.
“It’s much easier shooting a mobster or shooting heroin,” Imperioli told The Guardian. “That stuff to me is not difficult. That stuff to me is not difficult. But that stuff with her was.”
Imperioli played Christopher Moltisanti throughout the six seasons of the HBO drama series. Christopher had a tumultuous and abusive relationship with Adriana which involved filming brutal scenes.

[Editor‘s Note: The following story contains major spoilers for “The Sopranos.”]
Michael Imperioli is opening up about the most “difficult” scenes to film for “The Sopranos.”
Imperioli starred as Christopher Moltisanti in the acclaimed HBO series. His character was murdered by Tony (James Gandolfini) in the final season, but Imperioli does not count his onscreen death as the most “brutal” sequence to film.
“That wasn’t really brutal at all, I’ll be honest with you,” Imperioli told The Guardian. “When we shot it, it wasn’t my last day either because we shot out of sequence. The most brutal, difficult stuff for me is when Christopher had to be physically abusive with Adriana [Drea de Matteo], for obvious reasons.”
He continued, “On a technical level, you’re trying to be really careful so you don’t hurt the person. But having to get to that point of violence towards a woman, you have to go to some nasty places to get there.

Michael Imperioli was recently asked by The Guardian to name the most brutal scene he’s ever had to film in his acting career, and his answer was any time his character on “The Sopranos,” Christopher Moltisanti, abused his fiancée, Adriana La Cerva (Drea de Matteo).
“The most brutal, difficult stuff for me is when Christopher had to be physically abusive with Adriana, for obvious reasons,” Imperioli said. “On a technical level, you’re trying to be really careful so you don’t hurt the person. But having to get to that point of violence toward a woman, you have to go to some nasty places to get there. Sometimes it’s very immediate. Sometimes it’s something present in your life that you can tap into. Sometimes you have to go someplace from the past. And sometimes you have to go to someplace imaginary.”

Michael Imperioli is revealing that the most difficult scenes for him to film for projects are the ones that involve violence toward women.

Well, that's one way to set up the series finale.
On Mayans M.C. Season 5 Episode 9, E.Z. Reyes was served up a nice dose of food for thought as he tried to come to terms with the pressure of being the person leading a gang.
Obviously, someone familiar to fans would show up on the road to help him out of this pickle, but my jaw hit the floor when Sons of Anarchy's Drea de Matteo returned as Wendy Case.
After nine years, de Matteo slipped back into the role like a glove as Wendy helped E.Z. understand that the people in his life would never understand his machinations if he doesn't let them in.
If you watch Mayans M.C. online, you know E.Z. has been straddling the fine line between good and evil, something that's been eating away at Sofia because she's felt a lack of connection with her boyfriend.

Mayans Mc got a visit from a key Sons of Anarchy character in its penultimate episode… but not even that nostalgia trip could soften the blow of the episode’s closing scene.
Let’s start with the heartbreak: This week’s major casualty appeared to be Ez and Angel’s father, Felipe, which is a massive shame. Near the end of Episode 9, Isaac and a couple of his Sons cronies broke into Felipe’s house, where Angel and his baby boy have been living as of late. In fact, Isaac and his men were there for Angel — but he wasn’t home.

If you’re behind on your peak TV watching, consider this your spoiler warning. It’s been nearly a year since Julia Garner collected her third and final Emmy for “Ozark,” which made her the seventh comedy or drama series regular to snag a TV academy prize for a season in which her character died. Nominations of this kind have become more common in recent years, and it’s possible that over 15% of the 2023 lead and supporting continuing series contenders will fit into the group.
Gold Derby’s Emmy nominations odds currently indicate that eight actors whose comedic or dramatic characters met their demise within the last year could feasibly earn bids, as all of them are ranked no lower than 12th place in their respective races. This does not include characters like Bunny Folger or John Paul Williams who died prior to the starts of their shows’ latest seasons but still appear in flashbacks.

This article contains spoilers for the "Barry" series finale.
One of my favorite episodes of "The Sopranos" is "The Test Dream," in which Tony (James Gandolfini) falls asleep in a hotel room and has a surreal dream. Whenever "The Sopranos" needed to be especially foreboding, it went to dream sequences. Season 6 features a multi-episode one when Tony, in a coma and on death's door, has a vision of an alternate life for himself as a law-abiding middle-aged salesman. That's why when "Barry" started going surreal in season 3 — our eponymous protagonist (Bill Hader) saw himself standing on a beach alongside all his victims — my mind jumped to "The Sopranos."
The two HBO shows have more in common than you'd think, down to the same guiding question: can people change? "The Sopranos" is at its core about a man in therapy, a process that is supposed to help you reshape yourself. "Barry...

When Gillian Anderson was honored by the Screen Actors Guild two years ago for her portrayal of Margaret Thatcher on “The Crown,” the Netflix series became the first to ever produce three different solo SAG Award winners. Now, this trio – which includes Claire Foy (as Queen Elizabeth II) and John Lithgow (as Winston Churchill) – could grow into a quartet if Elizabeth Debicki is lauded for her fifth season performance as Princess Diana. This would also make “The Crown” the first show to produce three different recipients of the guild’s Best TV Drama Actress prize.

Any way you look at it, “Ted Lasso” did not have a good night on Sunday. The defending Comedy Series champion went home completely empty-handed from that evening’s Creative Arts Emmys, losing 10 times over eight categories. While it’s definitely disappointing for the Apple TV+ program, there’s plenty of proof in recent Emmy history that the show could still rebound at the main telecast for Best Comedy Series.

“I would say that every single ending that ends quietly,” the actress revealed. “Every episode has one of those tableau and it’s where hell just broke loose and it’s Tony and Carmela and she’s just heating him up some pasta and they sit at the table and they don’t say anything to each other. It’s all that unsaid turmoil that just lingers, and there is nothing happening. Those moments for me are incredible.”
She also shared her favorite episode, and her answer is not what was expected.
“I also was obsessed with the episode everybody hated...

Colson Baker – Aka Mgk – is injured and on the run from the gang he stole from, when he gets on a bus and endangers his fellow passengers
Colson Baker is a promising actor who continues to evolve away from his better-known personas: a white rapper with a silly name (he alternates between Machine Gun Kelly and sometimes just Mgk), actor Megan Fox’s arm candy, and sometime-Jackass satellite. Here Baker takes a starring role as a low-level LA hoodlum called Freddy who has stolen a bag of cash and cocaine from now very angry associates, a Puerto Rican gang led by sociopath Vic.
Shot in the gut while fleeing, Freddy boards a coach headed for a small town in Georgia and it’s onboard where most of the rest of the film takes place – apart from cutaways to the various people Freddy phones, such as Vic, his nurse ex-girlfriend...
