I wince watching him "act" and yes, I can see him acting. Obnoxiously over the top. His facial inflections are as subtle as a mimes.

Just saw him in the shield.. ouch.. there are unknowns in the series out acting him. Please learn to tone it down. Less is more. Forest, you always look like you're trying to act very very hard! Why don't you interact with people in your scenes instead of trying to outdo them? Just say no to gratuitous over acting.
