- It is a typically cold and grey November's day in Corpach, Scotland. The local Primary School are enjoying the last ten minutes of their afternoon break in the playground on edge of the forest. Suddenly a loud, deep moan disrupts the scene, it sounds as if it is coming from the bowels of the earth. The ground begins to shake and panic spreads throughout the group of children. Luna, a young girl, stands calmly amidst the chaos, staring longingly into the trees. As if drawn by something she runs into the forest unnoticed by the teacher. The disappearance devastates the tight-knit community and local people aide the police in a search for the missing girl. A week passes and the girl is nowhere to be found. The Police conclude that the cold weather has made it unlikely that is any longer a rescue operation and call off the search. That same night an old woman stumbles along a forrest road and is found by a man who drives her to the Corpach Hotel and disappears before identifying himself. The old woman appears delirious and describes a mysterious person she met in the forest. Later that night the woman passes away. Further investigation the next day reveals her to be in possession of a bracelet belonging to the young girl who vanished a week earlier. Did the old woman know what happened to the young girl or could it somehow be possible that they are the same person? Edinburgh 2014 James, the missing child's brother, is now a grown man.
