- Mr. Bearly, the owner of a television station, decides that the secret to success is to ensure that the employees are happy.
- Mr. Bearly is upset when Lamb Chop doesn't recognize him from his television appearances and becomes convinced that he has to remake his image.
- Shari is hired as Mr. Bearly's assistant, but has difficulty making friends at the company until the television station is threatened by a tornado, thereby forcing the staff to cooperate with each other to continue broadcasting.

- Desperate for his team to win the station's bowling championship, Neville the magician causes Lolly, the worst bowler on his team, to disappear.
