- Jess is alone in an abandoned building, absorbing sounds of disturbance from outside. She hears a man, Mark, being attacked and taking cover in her building. Without ever seeing each other, they begin a silent cat and mouse chase until he corners her and she traps him in a room. Mark's assailants track him with dogs, Jess goes for help too late, hiding while they tear him limb from limb. Alone again, she confronts the blood on the floor, trying to process what has happened.
